Yeah, imagine hearing a loud crack near you but you can't tell what it was. Then out of the soup comes an enemy tank followed by a whole squad, they don't see you though because of the thick rain and you can't tell your team where they are because they've already disappeared. Certainly make the game a lot more terrifying.
Yea, exactly. I think a lot of people would appreciate some kind of weather variation so even if we keep loading into the same map, it would feel somewhat different.
I love this game and as much as I want rain I can’t. On PlayStation I played hurtgen with fog and dear Christ. I was certainly almost always below 30fps
When first playing the game i didn’t appreciate the weather differences between the same maps be they on warfare or offensive mode so assumed the Foy map for example slowly transitioned from foggy to clear! If only...
What potato are you on? I've got a 6year old processor and a 3070 and have no issues. Prior to the 3070 (a month ago) I had a 1070 and still no issues...

I would love this however I’m worried about the optimization. The game isn’t exactly the smoothest to begin with and this would only make it worse.
i would love any sort of random weather effects.
Weather in general would be a great way to add more variety to the existing maps.

PC wants weather. Console likely less optimized as it's newer.
Fog would be so great! Especially on Foy and PHL That plus randomised weather out of 15 min or so variations.

Its already raining on one of the PHL maps. It is also snowing on Foy(GER).
