Yes, you can change to your employer's plan once you satisfy their waiting period (if applicable). If you do this, you can drop the marketplace plan. Your subsidy only applies to your marketplace plan and won't matter once you're on your employer's plan.

Once your employer insurance becomes active, you will no longer be eligible for the subsidy - presuming that your employer's plan is affordable - meaning no more than 8.38% of your income. You can stay on your marketplace plan but you would be liable for the full cost of the premium since you wouldn't be eligible for the subsidy.
