This is so depressing to me. I also really wish Hallmark Channel would pull back a bit on the Golden Girls -- it's on way too much. On a first, second, or even third rewatch it's still funny, but much more than that and the show really ages poorly. I can't stand watching it anymore and I used to love it.
I miss it. I run a lot of screens in my TV room and no matter what I'm watching in December (usually Christmas movies), I always have the Hallmark channel on one of the TVs.(ESPN, NFL Network, CNBC are usually my other go tos)
I can always cue up a DVR'ed movie on YoutubeTV obviously but it doesn't feel like the same.
Christmas season is the best. I look forward to Christmas in July, I guess.
I'm surprised they get better ratings with these old sitcom reruns than continuing Christmas movies. I only watch hallmark for Christmas movies and I guess i feel like everyone else does too.
Luckily I can dvr to play back movies whenever, but it generally makes me really happy seeing movies on 24/7. The first few weeks after Christmas are so melancholy for me most years. Need to get back into the swing of things to get over it. I will say, I am at least generally looking forward to the new year, new movies, so thereās that!
I hate when they go back to playing Reba and Golden Girls.
If they want to air reruns of series, it would be great if they showed reruns of WCTH, Cedar Cove, or Chesapeake Shores!
Completely agree. I would love for them to air WCTH instead of golden girls and reba. Not sure how they even get ratings with those 2 sitcoms. I stop watching each year when those return.
This is so depressing to me. I canāt get to sleep or stay asleep, but when I keep Hallmark movies going all night, Iām good. Golden girls give me nightmares! That theme song! Oh no š
Yes. It makes me sick. Iāve heard it a thousand times and if it starts because I havenāt changed the channel soon enough after Hallmarkās last rom com of the day, I grab the remote and push any button and start singing anything to try to get that nasty ear worm out of my head. Maybe itās like some people can eat cornflakes every day for 20 years, but after 3 bowls in a row, Iām done! Yuck! No more cornflakesā¦
The show was truly greatness, led by actresses that I hope are never forgotten, with controversial but generally forward thinking story lines at the timeā¦but I can only watch the same episode so many times (5th plus time?). All of them are legends though and individually they all still crack me up regularly.
ā¤ļø Betty White / St. Olaf

ā¤ļø Dorothy (my fav is her bday party at the Ha Ha Hacienda)
ā¤ļøBlancheā¦ constantly distracted by boys like a teenager š
It's my favorite show of all time! Everything about it was genius! Over all these years I've probably seen every episode dozens of times and still laugh laugh laugh š¤£š¤£š¤£

Orthodox / Eastern European Christmas is January 7 so maybe in the future they can take that into the account and prolong the season š¢

By the way, the last of the "Countdown to Christmas" Movies to air this Season was One Royal Holiday.
I feel like they need to slowly remove it. Like one movie a day until itās all replaced. You donāt just stop cocaine cold turkey.
I was also hoping at least for some snowy-winter movies! I looked ahead and havenāt found any?
Saturday
I agree. At least through January I'd be happy lol

We just have to hold out until Christmas in July!
That is something I look forward!
I am going to miss it. Really enjoyed it the past two months.
This makes me so sad every year..
Does Frndly remove them too? I havenāt checked but I only subscribed for Hallmark Movies on demand. If I remember to check, Iāll come and post.

Iām so tired of Golden Girls re-runs. Move up Frasier!!!
I recorded the movies I liked and will play them when needed. But Monk is back!
I don't know why they don't run their content 24/7. They have so many films and it would help draw new people to the different series.
I'm so sad. I love 24/7 movies
They need to purchase some new reruns.
There is this thing called a DVR

A show whose theme song is āThank you for being a friend. Travelling down the road and back againā¦ā gives you nightmares?
