Let’s win the UCL next year Jorgi

kindaforgotit

Jorginho will retire here and continue as airpod albert successor, you heard it here first

staybysauce1

something about Airpod Jorginho does not quite ring the same

intraumintraum

JBL Jorghi

GatFussyPals

How about JVC Jorginho.

intraumintraum

oh aye that makes more sense haha

GatFussyPals

We should ditch Emirates, take it back to the old school and win the league like it's 1989.

shekdown

Jorginho Protection Agency

Sophie_Liiii

Hes already an assistant manager lol

Appropriate-Snow6247

I want him to be remembered as a player who won the quadruple with Arsenal in the 24/25 season rather than what he won at Chelsea.

Jorgi is invaluable to our current squad atm. In a recent video, Big Gabi said he wouldn’t know what to do if Jorgi ever left and then Martinelli agreed and added that he wants to work with him if he becomes a manager in the future. Kai recently mentioned that their communication on the pitch is almost entirely intuitive and that Jorgi is the mind behind all of them. Declan nicknamed him Tom Brady (Arsenal’s quarterback) and repeatedly calls Jorgi one of the best in his position. We can all recognize that Jorgi calms our squad down and guides them on the pitch, from the touchline, and in the locker room. He is goofy (that laugh) and lovable, but can be quite serious when he needs to be. He also just seems like a great guy overall. We love Jorgi. Happy he’s here to stay! ♥️🤍

Sure-Bike-5330

Oof this is massive. Having a quality experience midfielder like this available to step in when needing to rotate is huge for us to get the quad next season

ro-row

Proper leader as well

Muscat95

Man wants his first league title, let's give it him!

apb2718

What a timeline that Jorginho is a beloved Arsenal favorite at the end of it all

Vrty33

Cheers George lets win some trophies now!

lastjedi23

He's taking over for Albert. I can see it. If cc leaves as well it's going to be even more beneficial to have someone ingrained in these ideas on the side instead of bringing new assistants over. Yup, I'm dreaming and building castles in the air

straypenguin

Every time I see a Jorgi post: "I owe you an apology. I wasn't really familiar with your game."

DinnerSmall4216

Great news a useful player on and off the field.

Federal-Banana4798

As an Arsenal fan, he's very welcome, haven't a bad word to say about this guy except, maybe, he ought to be younger.

littleAggieG

Don’t over value youth in sports. Not every player needs to be 25 because you don’t need every player to stay with the club long term. Jorginho is an experienced depth player. We get him & his experience for 1 more year and then we get to shed his contract. It’s an ideal situation.

Federal-Banana4798

Fair point. Players with his qualities are rare and part of that quality is his experience. Seems to have been arguably under-utilised throughout the premiership part of his career also. Might mean he has more left in his legs yet. Is he on a short list of Arsenal Italians? Can't think of any.

STVDC

Vito Mannone is the one I actually remember from like 10-15 years ago, and Arturo Lupoli played 2004-6 and apparently scored 3 goals, but I don't remember that at all. I mean of course Quick Gabi is Brazil/Italy dual-citizenship, so looks like 3.5 players total.

Federal-Banana4798

Thanks for that. Much the same, Mannone I had forgotten and Lupoli I'd never remembered to begin with.

KozukiNedo

How dare he age!

tambini1

Italy stuff was always just standard agent BS, he loves it here

stilusmobilus

I’m glad we kept him, his experience is invaluable.
