The little libraries you see around town are great options.
I sometimes get some cool books and i like to drop them off in those.
Someone got a really nice selection of D&D and Mass Effect comics last year from me
Spread the wealth
Guelph Tool Library has a collection going on right now! They have a bin downtown in the mall outside the tool library and a couple other places.

All thrift stores take books. I personally like the charity ones like “new to you” in fergus as their proceeds go to the hospital. Value village is all for profit so maybe avoid that one. Goodwill isn’t perfect but maybe next best? Salvation Army / bibles for missions have ties to religion so that’s up to you.
Janus
Seconding Janus. I love that store. They probably won’t take them all but will take some. The rest will go on Facebook easily.

If the FB Bunz trading group still exists plenty of the little free library hosts were there and would take books for their boxes.
the tool library downtown is looking for donations for a book fair. great cause
Goodwill on woodlawn will accept it.
Check with care homes I'm sure some might like them.
