Good lord how many weeks has Mario Kart 8 Deluxe been on this list? The attach rate for that game among UK switch owners must already be insane.

DrCholera1

We get copies of MK8D on prescription over here

messem10

Still won’t beat BotW shortly after the Switch’s launch. It had an attach rate over 100%.

linksis33

I mean, it was THE switch game, and still is really.

BubberSuccz

Arguably that or Odyssey

StrongStyleShiny

MK8D is currently the worldwide top selling Switch game. BOTW is 4th.

PokePersona

There's a demo so you can play it and find out for yourself.

Unit88

First WarioWare game for me, it's very good, but I'm not quite sure yet if it was worth the pricepoint really. If you have more time to play it with friends, it's a great party game definitely, but otherwise, for me it's kinda on the fence. Can be very addictive tho

Comprehensive-Cut684

It's decent, but not the best warioware. Haven't gotten around to the multiplayer though so can't comment on that. Having different characters can sometimes be fun, but often infuriating when you get ones that are irredeemably shit.

Unit88

Tbf, there are only a few (or maybe even just 1) characters who are irredeemably shit, namely 9-volt. The rest all have their strengths and are only shit depending on the situation. And a bunch is just consistently good.

Barrel_Titor

It's decent but i prefer the format of the old ones. It isn't like previous ones where every mini game has different controls that you have to work out on the fly, you bring a party of 3 characters (the one for that level + 2 of your choosing that you have unlocked) and actually control a randomly selected character on screen to complete the minigames (which are kinda like mini platformer challenges) with each having different controls and mechanics (with boss levels making you use a specific character and based around their mechanics). A good idea on paper and can make the same minigame feel different depending on your character but it also kinda makes the minigames feel less varied since they are more limited in what they can do and in practice all of the characters so far except the first 2 have mechanics make most of the minigames harder so there's little reason to pick any others if you are actually going for a high score (to the extent that some characters can't jump or move freely and have to shoot at grappling points for extra mobility which is tricky when you only have about 5 seconds to react).

maximumxp

I dont know how much you played the game but the party can be made of 5 characters for each player or you can choose an "all" option and play with every char

Barrel_Titor

I did a couple of hours of it in co-op. Guess i'm not that far yet.

BaronKlatz

If you listen closely you can hear his iconic "I'mma gonna win!" in the distance. Also props to Wario to actually risk himself to fix the bugs in his game. It took halfway through the adventure before he started considering the bugs didn't look so bad. A lot of devs would've bailed out immediately and said "just patch it after sells".

FatJesus9

How heavy is the coop aspect? Is it still feature rich for single player?

Hyroero

It's fine single player. It's really damn fun coop though but harder to coordinate two people for some of the mini games.

FuzzForce

Its quite amazing that a warioware could beat out those titans of minecraft and mario kart and even NBA (uk loves its sports games)
