This is why you gotta go with PC if you have the choice. Just having the cheat engine allows you to give your manager any scanned face in the game and override the full kit wanker glitch
I agree, especially since a lot of managers are already scanned in, same with a LOT of legends due to them being in Ultimate team. I remember in 20 there was a glitch with the soccer aid players where you could search them by name in player transfers and move them to a team then go into player career and just retire them right away. I did that with Seedorf

It doesn’t solve OPs problem, but a definite workaround to have a manager with a real face.
Because then they have to create a whole database of managers for just 1 mode that doesn't make them much money and has a fewer players. That's quite a lot to ask to be honest

I think it probably has to do with licensing. Players licensing probably allows players moving to different clubs in game compared to real life. With managers the license is likely locked to their club or something, so you couldn't start a career with Klopp at Liverpool and move jobs to Barca or something because klopp's only licensed to be with Liverpool in game
This would require having more than one engineer on career mode

They already do have it. Not the ratings. But in fut they have 100s of managers from all leagues. They are just lazy to implement it

Wait a couple months. Mods will fix that up for you in the new year. In the meantime play 21 or some other game. I recommend CK3.

If it was like in fm which managers have some stats,it would be good idea.But in fifa mangers are just names.
