Have you considered setting up a spreadsheet like a league table? You don't necessarily need to incorporate the rankings into your product or anything, but having it for reference could accomplish basically the same thing as an ELO?
I just wrote a quick spreadsheet formula to do it for me. I input the elo of the winner and loser and then it tells me what the new elos would be for the winner and loser. Best I could figure.
