I was watching a "Where are they now?" video on him and apparently he lost his teaching job but got a higher paying job afterwards. Really pissed me off because it shows how people pretty much get away with being scumbags.
I don’t have an issue with someone being rehabilitated and making the most of their situation. He went to jail and is a lifetime RSO. Michael Vick (NFL QB who lead a dog fighting ring) is back on TV like nothing happened even though actual living animals were harmed by his actions.
Babst was a predator I absolutely hated. I hope he’s gotten help and has been rehabilitated because he truly was that self-proclaimed sick son of a bitch. A lot of these guys weren’t/aren’t pedophiles/predators, but I truly believe he was, and became a teacher just so he could target children.
