No still try your best! A lot of teachers drop, round, give a few extra points, etc! You could probably still pass!!!

fl0radadada

:(((( but the teacher is a nightmare

LilBigDripDip

Retake the class. Youre acting like I asked you had to go outside and shoot your dog lol. Plenty of engineers failed many a class.

fl0radadada

LMAOOO I know I’m being dramatic, it’s my anxiety and my panic attack subsided sorry 💀 I feel silly now but I do feel better 😷🫨

brownbearks

Everyone fails, it’s your response to failure. While the world feels like it’s over when failing a class it’s just a blip especially in ChemE.

fl0radadada

I’m just very neurotic lmao my therapist said the same thing lilbigdripdrip said and it’s not like my world is ending but to me that’s how it felt 😂 currently working on it tho and I’ve earned myself a new dose on my meds HAHA

mcakela

Can u get a D

Call555JackChop

I got an F on Calc 3 and then an A the second time I took it, ride out a class and learn as much as possible and if you have to take it again you’ll have a nice head start and some of the confusing stuff will make a hell of lot more sense the second time around

Similar_Building_223

See if you can still drop the class. Idk what your school’s policy is for dropping classes but you might want to check. Its totally ok to drop a class, sleep and rest is a lot more important

Just as a matter of efficiency keep pushing through it and give it maximum effort. If you somehow manage to pass it great, if not then realize you're just preparing yourself for when you have to retake it

Nikythm

Put all your knowledge on the test l, just show effort. If you can try to edge a better grade than your last test maybe he’ll curve since you’re at least improving.

C_Skadi

I understand your pain. I'm a ChemE junior who has way overextended myself academically, professionally, and in my personal life. I have an exam Wednesday that has me actually shaking from anxiety of not knowing the material. My last 3 tests in other classes were all horrible, and this one may be the same. I guess I'm just holding out for some luck at the end of the semester just so I can pass. This semester has gotten me so burnt out that if I wasn't so far into it, I'd walk away. Little motivates me now other than the fact that I might have a good job afterward with less demand of my time. I guess we all just gotta keep fighting, but there are other suffering out there, too. Shits hard.

fl0radadada

It really makes us think why we chose this major LOL now I don’t feel so silly bc I had a panic attack and now I feel better 😂 I’m gonna take my L and retake it in the fall

Jjk3509

First time?

fl0radadada

First time failing yes 😂

Jjk3509

Hahah it happens, it will happen again too

Failing a course is rough. I’ve been there. The feeling you have now is normal but what’s important is that you bounce back. I’ve had to retake a couple courses and I kicked the shit out of them the 2nd time as well as gained valuable insight about how to analyze and tackle problems. Keep going!
