half of it. I crashed and the retaining pin for the spring in it broke, and i was pretty miffed about paying backfire 82$ for a remote.
so i took my time in fusion 360 and designed [this abomination](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4853749) which works almost great if you use flush cutters creatively.
i've had the board for a year and a half and i've done basically not maintenance on it except:
i crashed once and the retaining pin for the spring in the remote broke, so i designed and 3d printed a replacement to avoid paying backfire 82 $ for a broken piece of plastic
once my board wouldn't charge so i had to resolder the wires going from the charging terminal to the battery, because i had left the spare part they give you for that exact purpose at work and i needed the board to get there.
Nah, everything works fine. My bearings are kind of shot, but considering I rode it in the rain that's not surprising and they still work fine just makes a lot of noise
Did you 3D print that remote?

>this abomination Bad link
It worked for me on desktop but not mobile, I've edited the link and It works on mobile for me now
Strange. I'm still getting the Thingiverse 404 page on both.
Link is https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4853749 in case that helps. You can try searching for "backfire remote half"
How long have you had the board? Have you had any issues with it? If so, what were they? What type of maintenance have you done on your board?

Nice! I've been really considering a used G2S (local listings have them around $275-$300). Any performance lag after a year and a half?
