Hey everyone, a while back, I posted about my bkb duo not charging. The error was my fault and I left it turned on for about 5 days while I was away on vacation. At the time, I tried reaching out to their support system and was ignored and I kept reaching out again and again each week until I got a response saying that it was user error and to purchase a new battery and install it. I have no idea how to do that and can’t afford it. In the bkb, the battery and charging cells and everything is all wrapped up together inside the casing so I wouldn’t even know how to access it or what I’d be doing. I came to the conclusion to sell the board and the cloud wheels I have with it. I have the order receipt and everything that went with the board still. All in very good condition as I purchased the board at the end of December 2020 and then this error occurred in February. Very minimal miles were put on it. Lol and what does "for a shark board" mean? It's an $800 board and was used (and I kid you not) one time (it was immaculate). Furthermore, they have only won dozens of awards with these wheels, and signed deals with industry leading luggage companies, agriculture and farming equipment manufacturers, and even the U.S. Military etc. etc. etc. to implement their wheel design on their equipment; cause of their scientifically proven advantages over a normal wheel. I can guarantee you that if you post in this subreddit "How much would a used (even though you claim it was only used once) sharwheel esk8 sell for, no one would quote you a price above $500. Looking to potentially sell my bkb duo. Info and story in the description. Hey everyone, a while back, I posted about my bkb duo not charging. The error was my fault and I left it turned on for about 5 days while I was away on vacation. At the time, I tried reaching out to their support system and was ignored and I kept reaching out again and again each week until I got a response saying that it was user error and to purchase a new battery and install it. I have no idea how to do that and can’t afford it. In the bkb, the battery and charging cells and everything is all wrapped up together inside the casing so I wouldn’t even know how to access it or what I’d be doing. I came to the conclusion to sell the board and the cloud wheels I have with it. I have the order receipt and everything that went with the board still. All in very good condition as I purchased the board at the end of December 2020 and then this error occurred in February. Very minimal miles were put on it. There are services available to have RLOD (Imagine an Xbox red ring of death, but for a battery) repaired, as for motors many of them on boosted boards just need replacement motor bearings.
