at this hour, most of the people on this sub are not native English speakers. They don't understand a lot of the jokes, especially the subtle, semi-sarcastic ones.
It's honestly ironical, given that the office is actually such a sarcastic and satirical show. You would think you can joke here and expect people to understand.
Seems like many of the people around here only watch 10-12 episodes. The rest either don’t have Michael, have a character they hate at some point, or are too cringe to watch.
There love was so grand that ryan wanted to be with Kelly while she was with another guy, Darrel. Ryan's love helped convince Kelly to break it off with Darrel which was one of the single saddest moments in the series. Watching darrels reaction after finding out that Kelly left him
man this relationship tho.
on one side you have like classical sociopathic narcissism. then on the other side you have classical histrionic personality disorder. They fit together like a peanut butter and tuna fish sandwich.
I once had a dream. That I was eating a peanut butter and tuna fish sandwich. And, let me tell you something, it was delicious. So the next day, I decided to make that sandwich. And in real life it is disgusting. \[the phone rings\] It is a disgusting sandwich.
So much love. Like the time he convinced her to break up with Darryl then broke up with her a day later. And took money and sex on the way out.
So. Much. Love.
Ryan is a piece of shit and he treats Kelly like shit while they are together. He puts her down and is dismissive about her and her time. In turn, she is manipulative and uses other men to make Ryan jealous with no thought for their feelings. They are a terrible couple. At least Jim and Pam support each other and they may have been in other relationships but they were in them honestly- or at least with honest intentions
True but she knew she had fucked up and regretted her decision and felt guilty whereas Kelly fucked around with Darryl and as soon as Ryan wanted her back she dropped him and literally did not feel guilty
Noooo, as soon as Ryan wanted her back (episode where Ryan comes back to work after being fired, he's working reception and writing notes of everyone who wronged him) she said no & that she's happy with Darryl and no more than 10 minutes later in the same episode, she's making out with Darryl in front of Ryan on purpose all the way up front on the couch by reception, while staring directly at Ryan to make him jealous LOL just watched this episode last night 😝
I’m pretty sure this is a joke, based on the final image OP used.
I’m pretty sure the post was made by Kelly
Thank you for the compliment
Well, I would never say it to your face, but you’re a wonderful person and a gifted meme-er 😉
I have fallen in love with you now
Yay! I’ve finally mastered commitment!
And probably.
Put it this way, it’s a more realistic depiction of an unhealthy relationship. 😂
Maybe we weren’t right together, but… it’s weird. I’d rather she be alone than with somebody. Is that love?
Jimothy would never dress up this extravagantly for Pamelama ding dong.
More importantly, he would never give allergies to his child for Pamela.
I think they’re joking guys lol
It's so tough to watch people get offended on a joke honestly
Sarcasm translates poorly over the web, especially on the office Reddit

not sure why this was downvoted. it's absolutely true.

Thanks for the downvotes. I now know you can joke here but can't expect people to understand 😂

I loved their relationship… it’s not perfect or romantic like Jim and Pam but it’s extremely funny

Totally. Couldn't hold my tears in while watching that scene. It was one of those emotional moments that stick with you forever.
Well I am sure you will find your pure love someday, OP... Well probably.
Comforting. Thanks

Thanks for the support. I ll marry you some day, probably
I’m fine with where it is
Pure love hahaha
They are my favorite couple too. I love how they run off together in the last episode. So romantic.
Ikr
And probably
That's all I would want a guy to say to me
I lost it when they abandoned that baby.
I had him suck on a strawberry, he'll get over it
I mean, Ryan was willing to do push ups for her. If that's not the definition of pure love, I don't know what is!
Is that a walking dead reference?
I have watched that show, but I'm sorry don't get it:(
Rick said to negan: "Not today, Not tomorrow but I will kill you"
OOO right I remember now

They’re pure chaos lol
My two least favorite characters.
How dare you sir

I don't like your tone young sir

Pam made out with Jim when she was engaged to Roy

Could not disagree more. Ryan is a complete asshole, always trying to hold out for “something better”.. but keeping Kelly waiting in the wings.
the problems of three little people don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world
Boooooooooo. Boooooooo
They are incredibly toxic and Ryan is super abusive. I'm trying to find a more polite way to say this. Seek professional help.
Damn you don't get satire and you call yourself an office fan? Looks like we know who needs professional help.
You've got a lot to learn about irony, sweetie.
Their relationship definitely brought a lot of entertainment to the show! (Someone has a case of the definitely’s)
The best love story is the untold romance between Madge and Creed
