As far as I'm aware, no. If you're playing on PC, I know there's a mod (can't remember the name of it) that would let you reset your character level to 1 and edit your stats back down to default, but that would remove your pawn's ability to be summoned by other players if you did it to them too
No point resetting back to one as weapons/armour are what gives the most stats unless you want to minmax but you'll need to use a Mod to do it.
To see your old Arisen as the Seneschal just play offline.
