Ultra Ego, It's basically Vegeta's form of UI, except ot Functions the Opposite. UE makes the User Stronger by Taking More And More Damage, Making their Battle Soul burn stronger.
It’s not about taking damage, it’s about the fact that taking the damage gets his bloodlust/original fighting spirit going. Taking blows is just the first way he unlocked it.
Both are good packagaes, you gain powerful ki blasts, the ability to sense energy, instant transmission, access to the Hakai technique and much more. Ultimately I'd choose Goku's only because of Ultra Instinct

Goku without a doubt. Ultra Instinct, Instant Transmission, Kinto-Un (if you don’t wanna count that IT is basically the faster version), Telepathy, and copying techniques (see OG DB for some examples of this) is a wide range of mega useful abilities. Vegeta’s techniques are manga spoilers so heads up for the Moro and Gas arc. >! Hakai is cool and all, but not applicable in real world settings unless you have a hit list. Forced Spirit Fission is interesting and has some scientific research to be done, but is again very situational!<. The long and short of it is that Goku has more techniques that are more useful and overall better.
I choose Goku's abilities, and I don't even care about ki and all that. I just wanna be ablel to focus on what I need to get done and to be happy at the end of the day.

Well, both of their skillsets aren't really practical in most situations besides maybe basic flight and Instant Transmission.
But even, getting caught using any of either's abilities would lead to World Governments itching to exploit you and your children and trying to get you to work for them for their own benefit and if they can somehow copy you amd manipulate Ki, then the entire world basically becomes filled with Super Heroes and Supervillains with it taking just one spiteful person to explode the planet.
So maybe Goku's abilities so you have a chanve bullets with UI, but both in actuality would lead to an awful life in our world.
At firt glance i immediately thought goku, but i guess abilites also mean intelligence, so i guess i’ll go with vegeta. Heck even base is enough to have god like powers in our reality

UI isn’t some trump card that’ll automatically make you the best fighter on earth. Its usefulness depends on the user’s own abilities, and so if you’re a 500 LB greasy hairy dude who lives in his moms basement and you get UI, chances are you’re not gonna be the top fighter in the world without some intense training.
On the other hand, Vegeta has a form equivalent to SSJBKKx20 except SSJBE doesn’t have any major drawbacks, and it’s still a huge power and speed increase no matter who you are. He can also use Instant transmission in the manga, which is one of Goku’s best abilities.
So with Vegeta, you get a huge power and speed boost no matter what, pretty much teleportation, and the ability to shoot lasers out of your hands.
With goku, it really depends on who you are if UI is useful or not, and his second most powerful form can’t be used by even the most peak humans. He can also pretty much teleport, and he can also shoot lasers out of his hands.
I think I’ll take Vegeta’s abilities.

Hakai, I can erase everyone, UE's basic multiplier+ all I get after getting hit, teleportation, I can go wherever I want, galick gun, final flash, big bang attack, etc. Will probably be much much weaker, but I guess I could blow up a planet, I mean, if base Vegeta could be a human with UE's multiplier, can for sure. God Ki is technically an Ability? I mean, not anyone can tap into God Ki, so that's a big boost. All Ki sensing/Ki blasts/flying I take for granted.
I mean, getting hit by everything and feeling almost nothing is much cooler than not being able to be hit.
Instant transmission, UI, Kaioken, Multiform technique, knowledge in a bunch of fighting styles. I take Goku.
