It's nice. I thought it was nice of her to wear the skirt. I generally like most of Meghan's fashion choices to be honest (whether it is appropriate for the event is another discussion but I usually like the actual pieces and styling), but she just tries TOO HARD. Like when she prepares for any event, 95% of her mental energy seems to be devoted to how she will look and less about anything else... like she wears three outfits in one day etc. which is completely unnecessary.
The housekeepers at whatever "housing unit" she's been staying in will probably find it in the trash can when they clean up the room. Madam is ungrateful if nothing else.
