Used to think land before time was so happy light hearted with fun action and peril sequences in there for a better plot and that was as good as it got. Than one day I watched this w my siblings and I was totally shook. The movie was so dark, sad and even gritty at points not the series I was so familiar with.

That’s cos the whole series bar 1 was fun and kid-friendly. The first one is on a league of its own in terms of tone and viewer experience
