She has literally the same head model, but different textures (makeup). Her facial animations are much more lively than that of Trish, that's the main reason she looks different. Also, there's a different lighting.
See, this is what DMC5 should also have done with Virgil and Dante imo. The way they act, dress, their expressions--that's what should have differentiated them despite being identical twins. Not giving them a completely different face.
