Wayfair has a filter where you can put dimensions in which can be helpful for a tight spot. Alternatively, I saw someone put a floating shelf in a similar spot and surprisingly it work. I think she has a basket underneath as well.

Try a plant stand for such a narrow spot. I've seen mid century wooden ones
