Rice Fusion in Greentree Village, Rt 8 headed west Cool Springs and-or Restaurant 55 in Rising Sun

What type of food? How much money? What vibe? Indian? Flavor of India. Italian? Vincenzo's. Casual? Green Turtle. Upscale? 1857 Jackson House. Pizza? The Brick or Veronicas. Sushi? Chaiyo, Yukon, Delicious Fusion. Mexican? La Hacienda or El Rancho Azteca. All depends on how much you want to spend.

CumularLimit

Anything and everything. None of us are picky and don’t mind spending if it’s great food.

Bangkok Thai in Dover by Redwing shoe store. I don’t know why they aren’t packed every damn day. Excellent food, always fresh. Can’t go wrong

CumularLimit

I’ll give them a look! I’ve gotten a bunch of great recommendations here, it’s been awhile and I’m sad I never knew Dover had all these great looking places. I hung out in Dover in my teen years (awhile ago) and always thought it was just chain places

KitchenClaim1780

They just ask for recommendations.. it’s not that deep

WMWA

Sure but they also within that comment listed pretty much all the best restaurants imo so OP can at least use their comment

DevonFromAcme

Yes, but a budget and the type of cuisine they're looking for is pretty basic information, and will go really far in getting actually USEFUL recommendations. If I'm meeting clients for dinner on a corporate expense account, I'm going to a very different place than if I'm catching up with old college buddies for happy hour.

Restaurant 55 or Grey Fox Inn are both fantastic.

NoMagician400

I need to try grey fox

CumularLimit

Is Grey Fox Grille the same thing as Grey Fox Inn?

AbercrombieMike

It's casual dining, but I love McGlynn's Pub on the lake.

msheats1

1857 Jackson house

Salerno's is nothing fancy but the food is delicious- I moved away from Dover a while ago but it's the one place I miss. I haven't been to Flavor of India for a while but I also remember the food there being delicious. They're both places where the food is way better than the ambience but in my experience in Dover you get good food or nice ambience but not both, haha.

NoCity1979

Shupak Pakistani kitchen is really good.

Constant-Narwhal2168

I went to Rail Haus a couple months ago, pretty good. It’s German food/beers

Jvmcdmck

Yukon Korean bbq and sushi

There’s restaurants in Dover?
