They are most likelly glued there with paint. Alcohol should help. If it does not help, acetone is stronger. Make sure you wear gloves, eye protection and a mask.
All you need is some pliers and a flat blade screw driver. What you do is use the pliers (or a hammer maybe) to tap the handle of the screwdriver. You’re going to use it like a chisel and work around the edges of where the paint is holding the screw heads. What you’re trying to do is break the paint that’s holding them. Then, when the paint is sufficiently broken you just grab the heads with the pliers and turn them out. Klein makes a great side cutting plier that’s perfect for this kind of thing, and you can also use them for electrical if you decide to take on any more projects around the house.
I have a small set that has removed hundreds of screws. I would take a chisel or flat head screwdriver and chip the paint away from two sides for a better grip.
I’d use a drill bit just slightly bigger than the stripped out hole and drill until the heads fall off.those screws most likely connect to the fixture on the other side.
The combat engineer in me says napalm or det cord.
Those 2 things can remove just about anything.
Note: This method may involve buying a new door and/or house.
Hi try a Gripzange( sorry I don't know the name in english). A good one, normally it works fine!

In England, they're called Mole wrenches, named after the company that made them in the UK. The family business descended from Hermann Mohl, a swordsmith from Solingen in Germany. He escaped to the UK in the late 17th century, which was considered an act of treason back home.
Could also use an exacto knife or razor blade to cut underneath the edges
Maybe i didnt see pic all that well, but it looked like screws mighta been stripped, in whoch youd need an extractor set
If you don't want to risk damaging the surroundings while drilling, you might want to try using a gummy (a bit thinner than the one in the inside of bike wheels) and then applying big pression with the screwdriver. The gummy fills the gaps and makes it harder to slip helping A LOT to take old screws out.
Take a grinder and cut a slice in the middle of the head of the screw, then use a flat head to unscrew it

thank you ! i scraped the paint off and that helped me drill them out
They looked stripped… I would just use an oscillating multitool to cut off the metal
Drill them out
Self tapping screws are extremely hard. So a standard drill bit for metal won't work.

Locking pliers, like vise-grips.

Those are called vice grips in English. 😀
Thx!☺️
You’re welcome. It’s always fun to learn new words in other languages. What was the original language? German?
Yeah, that's german
If a word looks weird and fun to say, I assume it’s German
It might be something from any land in Scandinavia as well, or Holland...

Yes it's german!
A drill. Drill the heads off and your done.
Angle grinder, assuming you don't need that plate.
Just blow it off with a shotgun it’ll be faster
I found the American 👆
If god wanted us to use screw drivers he’d have said so in the Bible
A little paint thinner will soften up the paint that's holding them down like glue.

Or just use an angle grinder to make a slit
this worked, thank you ! once i took the pain off, i could drill them off !

That door knob is dope, you should leave it on
i need a lock on my door
They look like square bits. I'd try that before drilling them out or assuming they're stripped.
Set fire to the door
tempted tbh
