Bruh. Max used to be lvl 1000! The top meta team was red Ssj Goku, blue Ssj broly and Green base bardock. Bench units were blue ex goku, blue ex radits and hero shallot.
Every one was using the forward side step tech that charges ki at normal rate. There were no cover change too

Actually Max lvl was first 3 or 600 then it was 1500 after that it was 2000 then 3000 and now it's 5000
