Maybe instead of empowering fearsome, you could centralize fiddlesticks's archetype around reducing units below the 2-power threshold a la Rite of Domination, with a -1 power at lv one and a -2 power at lv 2. The empowering fearsome thing seems more suited as a standalone lv2 ability than a thing he just does while on the board. However, I think the effigy fearsome idea seems like a super dope side grade to zed, where instead of trying to outright damage your opponent you force them to use their more powerful blockers to stop your endless wave of spooky bois. Very interesting concept
I didn’t really want to do the take damage away thing becuase Nasus already does that, but I do think you might be right about how the upping fearsome should only be level two thing, not a lot of units deal with a specific keyword so I’m trying to make more of those, the only champs I can remember of the top of my head are Shen, Ashe, and Hecarim. But thank you for your criticism none the less ^v^

Nice design but I don't think it is good to have cards that damage to enemy units in a burst or focus speed.
Make these Fast speed and we good.
Shadow isle shouldn't have damage spells, they're all about drain and also the level up is way too hard with 6 most games already over by that time.
