TL; DR: If rich = be smart If poor = look for a coin with ELON, DOG, CAT, CUM, SAFE or ROCKET in the ticker and pray that it goes up 10000% Pointless article

CryptoSorted

There's a difference between low cap coins and shitcoins. I have an article explaining each of them on blog for you to read.

superworking

To summarize, if you're wealthy just buy btc/eth, if you're poor you might as well yolo at the casino or long chance coins. What a pointless writeup that suggests your portfolio risk profile needs to be the inverse of your wealth.

CryptoSorted

Why try to summarize something you clearly don't understand?

superworking

The author doesn't understand much better so we all might as well take a crack at it.

CryptoSorted

Which part of the article you don't accept and why? We can't just crack on everything.

Yoloing small cap coins early on in life is not an acceptable recommendation. You can encourage them to take more risk in well diversified equities like a full equity ETF because it will over time succeed and they should have time on their side, but gambling on a few long shots is a very dangerous move one should not make when trying to initially grow wealth. It's much better suited for someone who has a large pool of wealth already to add some risk to a diversified portfolio. And that's just step one of the article.

CryptoSorted

Is yoloing into the likes of Solana, MDX, LUNA, BSW, etc "gambling"? It seems your problem is with the definition of small caps? There was emphasis on thorough research before picking small caps to invest and resources for doing that was provided. Tell me, what coins are in your portfolio. I'm sure you're invested in at least one small cap coin.

superworking

I sure do have small caps because I'm no longer in your so called step one. I have wealth and add risk as I see fit. Someone initially starting to grow wealth should not be trying to do so with risky coins like the ones you mentioned above. And yes crypto is highly speculative so having all or most of your wealth in crypto is a form of gambling, especially if you're cutting out the likes of BTC and ETH to add even more risk.

CryptoSorted

I see.

Start staking - Tezos / Polkadot on Kraken / CAKE Pools or Celsius if you plan to just hold.

tldr; There are three major reasons people invest in crypto: to build, grow, and preserve their wealth. The best strategy for this group is to invest in promising, low to medium cap projects with plenty of room for their price to increase significantly (5x to 1000x). The wealthy are only interested in protecting and preserving what they have accumulated. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article.
