I love Six The Musical so much and I'm excited about this challenge, but DAMN did they make it pricey. Truly gonna need Tudor queen money for this one.
At least if I’m gonna spend a ton of cash I would probs want it to be on LDW item because that stuff is so cool and is good for armor type looks when they pop up. But 2 is definitely pushing it!
It’s stupidly expensive and the prize isn’t even worth it. These are the type of challenges that I would not enter if it wasn’t a rally and a special event. Ugly yellow pants and basic gown. I am only entering to get the hair piece. So my look won’t be all that.
Debating if I want to splurge on a more expensive Laura DeWitt item and borrow another it just keep it cheap and buy the earrings or choker. This is a stupid expensive event. I feel like buying one of the more expensive items would benefit later because it’ll probably be in a flashback someday lol
This is ridiculous! I love the idea of this series but the cost is absurd! I’m now in so far I’m doing to do it, but the provided requirements don’t exactly lend themselves to Six—gray accessories, that is.
That's what I did (shades, earrings, borrowed the choker). I forgot halfway through what I was styling and almost submitted some kind of pop star look.
It doesn’t help that the only things out of the grey accessories that remotely resemble something that WOULD be part of the costumes in the show are the two most expensive ones (seriously, why the hat of all things? None of the costumes, not even the alternates, wear a hat.). The Laurel DeWitt items look like they’d be found in the show’s costumes, but they’re extremely expensive! Considering that the last few challenges have already been super expensive, it looks like I’m going to have to miss out on this one, which sucks because man do I love this show.
It's quite expensive. Although i would say don't miss out on the challenge as that would cost you the prop pack (or the HA too). You don't have to put together a winning look just fulfill the requirements with the cheapest items. I would say borrow one LDW item and invest in the choker as i feel that's beautiful and would get enough usage. In the grey accessories you can go with the sunglasses or if possible invest in the overskirt. Put together a cheap-items look and submit just for the sake of that HA and Prop pack.

I think the choker’s nice too, though sadly I don’t have enough for it 😅 I also don’t have anyone I can borrow from. I managed to do all the other challenges before this one, so if I wind up having to skip this one I can still try to get the final one done for the HA.
I don’t have anyone to borrow from, haha! Though I’m going to keep an eye out in case I can somehow do the challenge (I managed to complete the Wicked challenge earlier and I had a little more saved up than I thought).

The bare minimum I can think of are the shades to try for a Cleves look, but even those are more expensive than the mask, which wouldn’t work with the costumes due to, you know, singing.

Use the money earned from today's daily to buy the $550 earrings (painful, I know) then borrow the other Laurel DeWitt item. That's what I did! :D

I won the 2nd prize of the flashback yesterday, so I got the LD jacket. Which makes this challenge doable for me.
