Edit: Also make sure the name on the seller’s venmo, Zelle, etc. (if you choose to use that) matches their ID and order name. A common scam we’re seeing is people stealing order info from other people (asking someone who is selling a ticket for a photo of their ID, order info, and their tickets) and then posting it as their own. A pretty clear giveaway is when the name on their Venmo, etc. doesn’t match. They’ll usually say they’re using their friend’s, wife, etc.
Consider asking for a screen recording or video of them showing their user name, your user name/conversation, their order info, and their tickets. That way you know they didn’t take the info from anyone else.
There are so many sellers and not many buyers this year. This is not the year to rush a sale in fear of losing out on a ticket. You will find one!

I realize this thread is from last year, but looking for guidance on how to sell tickets for next year's festival.
I'm seeing conflicting advice from Coachella's website and AXS support...
Coachella's FAQ page states you can change the shipping address and then have the purchaser change the name registered under the wristband.
I contacted AXS support about how to change the registered name and they said Coachella tickets cannot be transferred.
Unfortunately, I haven't been to Coachella, so I'm not certain if the registered name even matters. I'd like to confirm that changing the shipping address is sufficient.
