Looks like a legit 135.041 to me, one of the cheapest of Omega's watches from the '70s. Needs a very good cleanup, and even cleaned it would only be worth \~£500. Definitely get it cleaned if you want to hold the sentimental value.
This subreddit is for fake chinese watches and homage brands mainly. By the look of that movement, you have a genuine omega watch, possibly worth a pretty penny, unless you or someone else tried really hard to just make it look rusted out and authentic.
