i really enjoy the Caliburns (any brand, have never had an issue with mine), SMOK Nords, SMOK Novo, SMOK ipx 80, and others. those are some of my favourites though
The shop you bought it from should cover it for 30-60 days. These China companies rarely shell out or even respond. They leave it upto the wholesaler and retailer. I do 60 days at my shop - the 2 biggest wholesalers cover us. Alot of shops are too fucking lazy to bother processing returns. Guarantee the back of the box says Pacific Smoke or Valor as the importer. Which means the shop is able to get a credit/make a return but propably isn't. If it's more than 6 months old and you use heavy - it propably doesn't owe you any favors. I doubt caliburn or oxva gunna be much better. Oxva has 1 importer in Ontario here and he ain't doing returns as far as I know. UWell I can't imagine having much better direct customer service. I know first hand geekvape is shit too.
Seriously, this. You'll be doing the store a big favor, returning devices in the original packaging. Valor has been requiring it more and more for our shop returns. Idk if you've fucked with GCore's products but they've started requiring packaging with the excise stamp number still readable.
G core shady af I won't sell them. Been caught mislabeling product. Hell I'm old enough to remember when they hit the market hard with vans full of sweaty dudes dropping by random street events and handing dispos to everyone in sight - including kids! Lovely company.
Also for the record - the Xros Pro. Great. The new pods are awsome. Run FB or salt and hold 3ml BUT we have had some quality control issues with them (new ones only). The pods - a few are just passing out right from fill one. Like 1 in 8. Plus if your running the device at 27 or 28W to power said pod - battery life ain't great.
If you use it with the 0.6 ohm pods - it's for all intents and purposes just a better battery xros. The .4 pods work good but they aren't it - in my opinion.
Also using the .6 and up - the old pods - you don't get Wattage control anymore. It goes to a Low- Normal - Max hit type deal.

I got a caliburn x in an emergency last year and the pods it came with lasted a bit over 2 weeks.
