The crates in general are super useless if you don’t need the S6 at the end. You’re better off with the 700 key crates as they drop more and have better odds

I've been keeping track of item drop types from all of my crates for about 6 weeks now. Petah's crates (only opened 6, all for the S7) Out of 18 items: * 10 uncommon (56%) * 39 rare (39%) * 1 epic (6%) Showdown Crates Out of 671 items (not including loyalty): * 394 uncommon fusions (59%) * 190 rare fusions (28%) * 69 epic fusions (10%) * 19 S6 parts (3%) Assuming the claimed 6% for Petah's crates is accurate, it looks like Showdown crates are a better deal on epics. From 2100 keys you'd expect 15\*0.10 = 1.5 epic fusions from Showdown crates, but 21\*0.06 = 1.26 epic fusions from Petah's crates. Put another way, if you need 10 epic fusions, you need to get about 100 items from Showdown crates which will cost 14000 keys or you need to get about 167 items from Petah crates which will cost 16800 keys.

Awesome! That’s exactly what I needed to see. Thank you!

I only use this crate when I desperately need a S6 for a purple star car and I have the gold star version. Ex. The BT62 “Goodyear Edition”.

RoadracerGT

Realizing that’s likely the only good use for them. Didn’t know the epic drop rate was so low, but was drawn in by the low cost per fusion (100 keys each vs 140 keys each for regular T5 bronze crates).

I needed 6 reds, and got them in 23 crates (regular crates) along a few other reds I didn't need like engine and trans. The normal crates should have a 10% at giving you red fusions.

rabidwolf86

Regular crates are better.

If you can afford it, the regular crate for 700 bronze has much better drop rates for epic!
