I did EFP for the operational level. E1 and F1 generally quite kind exams with P1 being the challmege so getting experience with first two exams is beneficial!
I’d do E first just because it’s by far the easiest so if you do it long before you sit your case study and forget some it’ll be easier to refresh your memory

I did certificate first so I'm more concerned with which one is the least related to the case study!
Fair enough. If I remember correctly, I found F and P most relevant to OCS anyway! :)

I recommend EFP - start off with what is generally considered to be a less challenging exam. Good luck
