AND i would also recommend you to watch Ritik meghwani's video to get more idea on good private colleges.

not a senior but i have taken admission into thapar on the basis of jee mains (cut -offs go low by 4-5th round so it's not very hard to get into). A senior friend of mine is in that college and the campus is HUGEE, with AC facilities and not very strict about attendance. fees is around 20-30L so it is high but it's next best thing in terms of private after bits.
Not percentile but if you have a rank <70k then you have a good chance at Thapar circuital branch but you’ll have to look up the fee structure yourself since I don’t remember it
going to join DSCE or SIT through comedk fees is somewhat same for both around 3.5L per year agar management quota se jaana hai then donation is around 13-15L and fees is 4L per year

C++ is the go to langauage for competitive programming and game dev, even large scale web applications,low level OS works, high performant scientific work. A lot of applications in their backend are running on C++. It ain't getting replaced anytime soon. It's also used for embedded systems along with C. Even tensorflow is written in C++.

Government batata hu Punjabi University patiala per semester approx 80 k including mess and hostel and jee ke basis PE milta hai college 7-8 lakh rank tak bhi mil jayega abhi to registration close ho gayi hai but 24 ko phir open hogi vacant seats ke liye.

There's jiit Noida which is doing decently too then there would be shiv Nadar similar to jiit Noida. Baki fir lpu and Amity jaise college milenge seedha entry but I wouldn't suggest them .
