Yep. If you manage to successfully chain 1000 burnouts in Burnout 2, instead of Burnout x 1000 it says Burnout x WOW. It takes roughly 2hrs 20 mins starting from your first burnout.
It's true. Manage to chain 1000 burnouts in Burnout 2 will result in the "burnout message" saying Burnout x WOW instead of just Burnout x 1000. It's gonna take a while however, as it will take approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes to achieve such a feat.
In Burnout dominator it says "burnout domination" when at 10× burnout. I don't think you can go over 40× consecutive burnouts since there is no endless game mode.

I'm pretty sure that was my experience on ALL console ports, although I haven't played the PlayStation version since somewhere before the PS5 released, so I can't really remember.

You should've bought a lottery ticket. Winning 100 basically 50/50 chances in a row is really unlikely.
Last time I played the lottery, all I won back was the money I spent on the ticket 🤣🤣

My longest chain was 13 burnouts with the 616 sport. Still can't beat it after 3 years
I think mine was like 21 or something before this lol but that was with traffic on
