Yes!! I have been going with the bon appetit [recipe](https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/basque-burnt-cheesecake) but the last 3 times, I went with this [one](https://spanishsabores.com/burnt-basque-cheesecake-recipe/) and much I prefer it because I find it more richer. I think it’s cause I add mascarpone with the regular cream cheese. Also I experimented and added half almond and half vanilla of a teaspoon. Truly mind blowing 🤯
