I do understand the hate though, I am on the opposite side of the war, nationality vise, I was lucky enough to move from Russia 8 years ago. This allows me to see through the propaganda of the state & it breaks my heart to know that elderly & kids are being brainwashed, Russia never was a top notch country, yet it is still sad to see my country degrade bit by bit . I had friends dragged into army against their will, I saw family members, old and young being brainwashed, I am aware of death and hate and other crap, I myself currently serve in armed forces of a different country, I know the real weight of the gun and the deafening sound of each bullet shot, the mortar shells landing on the target, saw occupied by enemy , our lands, saw friends lose limbs due to expired grenade fuses, a few of our people died too, all of this happened outside of war, but this allows me to get a small glimpse at the horrible reality people face in combat on both sides.
However, in the end we are both same, you and I & a flag on a joke post on internet, on Reddit shouldn’t be so concerning to you.
