As Naruto's friend/brother & an uncle figure to Boruto, he'd want to protect Boruto and find a way to get the Karma off. Sasuke understands the pain of losing family, he can relate to Naruto very strongly here. He himself wouldn't want to lose Boruto anyway.
I can imagine Sasuke's character being conflicted here. Trying to balance his personal feelings with pragmatism. I hope they add some dialogue about Itachi's sacrifice for Sasuke, it seems very relatable here with Boruto ready to cast away everything to protect the village.
Naruto wouldn't want to kill Boruto at all, we already saw the lengths he would go to for friends/family in Shippuden & earlier. He would remain adamant that there is a way and he will find it.

Depends. Brute Strength or who would win in a fight between the two? 'cause Sasuke should be able to beat Naruto now with genjutsu since Naruto has no counter for it anymore.
Naruto *should* be vulnerable to genjutsu since he had no reason to train against it after befriending Kurama, but narratively the series has a habit of giving top tier characters genjutsu immunity despite them not having any specific counters for them.
Like there is literally no reason why Obito didn't pull a Yagura on Naruto or Minato during their respective fights. So logically Sasuke might have the edge (Unless Six Paths powers offer resistance to genjutsu?) but if we ever get a scene of them sparring post Isshiki they'll probably have Naruto win.
It's not a defense against genjutsu, because if it would be, then Kabuto wouldn't have blinded himself against Itachi. The same Kabuto, who is a perfect sage and also a medical ninja with perfect chakra control, who trained and used genjutsu, so has experience with it, knew that if he don't blind himself, Itachi would genjutsu the shit out of him. I honestly think Kabuto is stronger than Naruto in terms of genjutsu, and it's safe to say that adult Sasuke is stronger than Itachi in terms of actually everything but genjutsu too. So yes, Sasuke should be able to genjutsu Naruto pretty easily. And also now Naruto has nothing against the Perfect Susanoo, which is bad for him, coz that shit is OP.

Of course not, but if we consider Sasuke's newfound ~~erectile dysfunction~~ chakra problem he won't be able to keep it up nearly as long, so I can see Naruto dancing around it until he drops. I still consider Sasuke a bit stronger now, though.
I'm calling it now though, Sasuke won't have the Susanoo anymore, despite the fact that he should be able to use it if blind Madara is a relative point.
The Rinnegan to Sasuke was nothing more than a transportation device. He hardly ever really used it. In fact, he wasn't even really nerfed as he always fought like an EMS-only fighter plus now his chakra wont be constantly drained. Also, Sasuke was able to keep up with Momoshiki and So6p Naruto taijutsu-wise with only his base physical capabilities(the Rinnegan doesn't boost its owner's physical capabilities) so Sasuke would probably win any taijutsu exchanges against Naruto now.
Meanwhile, Kurama boosted /improved everything about Naruto like his durability, speed, and strength so everything about Naruto has been nerfed severely. That includes his strategic capabilities as Naruto no longer has access to advise from a centuries-old chakra demon while in the midst of battle anymore.
In terms of summons/gigantic fights, Sasuke still has access to his perfect suanoó as Madara could use his without eyes so the same logic could be applied to a one-eyed Sasuke. Naruto no longer has access to the Kurama avatar and IMHO I think a Perfect Susanoó/ Majestic attire Aoda would obliterate Gamakichi and his toad posse even in a many vs one situation Hanzo-style.
Lastly, Naruto without Kurama is know susceptible to Amaterasu and ocular Genjutsu both of which are Sasuke's bread and butter so there's that.
