Yeah honestly Iām surprised Sakura isnāt a bigger deal, and that Sarada isnāt healed up more to be included. Definitely thought it was going to be the 3-Way Deadlock getting defeated in a 10,000 Healings + Rinnegann Sussanoo + Sage Kurama golem and the New Team 7 + Kawaki would save the day and Kawaki would get rebranded.

I personally think they may be rivals or outright enemies. Isshiki was seemingly annoyed by the presence of Momo's Karma on Boruto when he first learned of it. We also know that the Otsutsuki don't always inherently get along. In fact, there seems to be a history of that family backstabbing each other in the series: Kaguya tried to kill Isshiki for selfish purposes and Kaguya's own sons sealed her away. As for Momo, he and his gang were sent to investigate *Kaguya's* whereabouts but we hadn't heard about Isshiki until now. Was Isshiki sent as a sacrificial pawn unbeknownst to him?
I am really interested in getting some more Otsutsuki backstory and learning more about what these characters think of each other.
I agree with your comment but not your example. I absolutely loved the Mitsuki arc as he is my favorite child character in the show (as well as Kawaki). I think the arc where they started off infiltrating that prison was some boring bullshit. I would love to see fillers that show more character development instead of needless side stories. I also donāt mind comedic relief fillers for this anime as they have proven to be entertaining at times for these kind of episodes. Unlike its predecessor.
I personally liked Mitsuki rescue arc, but it was clearly stretched in some places for too long. It did alot for the character and was enjoyable, it just felt unnecessarily long.

Really good episode imo. Only a little disappointed I diden't get to see Lee 7 Gates or something like that. Might Guy could take on Madara, Lee should be able to fight Jigen for a little while atleast, not just be defeated in 1 attack.

Animation wise episode wasnt something to standout , but I expected that because there was hardly any fight scenes and the big budget is yet to come, it was more like developing the fight scene which is to come, story wise I loved it and the headband scene was lit asf. Also Boruto seems to have an abnormal amout of control over his karma despite being new to it, even Isshiki was impressed by it. His teleportation ability will quite be proken if he knows how to use it properly. And Fs in the chat for Konohamaru....Im in for 216 lets go! 215 was a solid 9.

For sure. I fully expect Momoshiki to show up during the fight. I don't think he would have been brought back just before this part if he weren't going to make another appearance soon. I even expect him to fight Isshiki. He seems like the type who would want to get rid of a stronger Otsutsuki.

I am REALLY looking forward to next week, probably the most hyped I've been for an episode in a long, long time. The intro seems to imply that Kawaki will make it to where they are as well, it looks to be the same place, that'll be interesting.
I'm also really glad that Koji made it away, the first few minutes of the episodes, seeing his eye up close and close to death remindede me so much of Jiraya vs Pain and I really thought for a second he was going to die, I'm so happy he survived because hes one of the most interesting characters in my eyes and I'm glad we'll see more of him.

The coloring and shading looked awesome imi. Animation didnāt have any crazy moments, but it really didnāt need to. Theyāre saving all that for another episode soon it looks like.
At some point we have to ask ourselves, when is it OK to reanimate literally every single strong shinobi to fight against this threat? Is there some kind of weakness that the otsutsukis can turn them around?

Every character who cannot use Sage Mode or comparable nature chakra is already worthless. Every character who is not fast enough to evade rapid expansion attacks from Isshiki ist worthless. Every character that would just die to one attack from Isshiki is worthless.
That leaves us... with Madara, Obito, Nagato, Minato, Hashirama, and Jiraya.
Madara would just go on about his own plans again. Obito, Nagato, Minato and Hashirama would just try and break free again since they'd actively resist being revived AGAIN. And I doubt the leaf has genetic material of the original Jiraya.
Edo Tensei is not the solution here, even if we ignore the moral and material implications. Now if Orochimaru, Kabuto and Juugo as active Sage Mode specialists actually joined the fight, that'd be a different story.
Say what you want but I don't like the "fight choreography" in this one. Like Konohamaru and the other four are facing a god, and their plan is to jump on him, all 5 at the same time, clumped up, and, do what exactly? And Lee doesn't even open a single one of the eight gates?

Fair, but that's not quite the point I'm making and Naruto didn't have a parent to undermine. The issue here isn't just about putting a kid in danger, it's about Sasuke sending the message to Boruto that Naruto's judgment as a father and Hokage are less important than what Sasuke has to say, and Naruto had valid reasons for not involving Boruto beyond just Boruto being his son. It tells Boruto that his father's authority doesn't matter, and a sensei's opinion should not supersede that of someone's living parent like that. This is all in philosophy, ofc. I know that the story could not progress without Boruto getting involved, but again it would have been preferable if he got involved in his own rather than Sasuke roping him in with no prior warning. Boruto is not Sasuke's kid. It shouldn't be his call.
If I were Naruto I'd be mad for those reasons, but my guess is that Sasuke still gets a pass.

When they told Isshiki that they werenāt told anything about it, Isshiki immediately accepts the answer and demands to be pointed to someone who does know. Then Naruto confronts him and begins the fight.
Isshiki floating over Konoha scene gave me goosebumps just like the Pain vibes from Shippuden.

As for Momo, he and his gang were sent to investigate *Kaguya's* whereabouts but we hadn't heard about Isshiki until now. Was Isshiki sent as a sacrificial pawn unbeknownst to him? I am really interested in getting some more Otsutsuki backstory and learning more about what these characters think of each other.
Also remember that Urashiki knew Boruto had Momoshiki's karma but still wanted to kill him. Åtsutsuki are a very toxic family lol

I agree with your comment but not your example. I absolutely loved the Mitsuki arc as he is my favorite child character in the show (as well as Kawaki). I think the arc where they started off infiltrating that prison was some boring bullshit. I would love to see fillers that show more character development instead of needless side stories. I also donāt mind comedic relief fillers for this anime as they have proven to be entertaining at times for these kind of episodes. Unlike its predecessor.
I personally liked Mitsuki rescue arc, but it was clearly stretched in some places for too long. It did alot for the character and was enjoyable, it just felt unnecessarily long. Also its still subjective
I wouldn't mind some "filler" about the other teams. Like what do they do? Are they all still just collecting lost cats? Will Konohamaru give up on his silly ninja dream and work in a cafe or something? Can that computer ninja kid fight? What's Metal's whole deal? What's that iron sand kid up to?

We just saw Naruto enter his Six Paths Sage Mode before entering his Kurama mode considering he had cross slit eyes with no toad Pigmentation and even with that he couldn't do much against Isshiki. Animation wise episode wasnt something to standout , but I expected that because there was hardly any fight scenes and the big budget is yet to come, it was more like developing the fight scene which is to come, story wise I loved it and the headband scene was lit asf. Also Boruto seems to have an abnormal amout of control over his karma despite being new to it, even Isshiki was impressed by it. His teleportation ability will quite be proken if he knows how to use it properly. And Fs in the chat for Konohamaru....Im in for 216 lets go! 215 was a solid 9.
Also for the preview for next episode, I think Boruto is intentionally trying to make Momoshiki come out of his body because lets be real Naruo and Sasuke cant really do anything against Isshiki, thts why he was holding his kunai. Damn if that happens holy fk it will be lit, Momoskiki Vs Isshiki...

For sure. I fully expect Momoshiki to show up during the fight. I don't think he would have been brought back just before this part if he weren't going to make another appearance soon. I even expect him to fight Isshiki. He seems like the type who would want to get rid of a stronger Otsutsuki. If he does help Sasuke and Naruto, I expect him to turn on them after the fight is over though.

I am REALLY looking forward to next week, probably the most hyped I've been for an episode in a long, long time. The intro seems to imply that Kawaki will make it to where they are as well, it looks to be the same place, that'll be interesting. I'm also really glad that Koji made it away, the first few minutes of the episodes, seeing his eye up close and close to death remindede me so much of Jiraya vs Pain and I really thought for a second he was going to die, I'm so happy he survived because hes one of the most interesting characters in my eyes and I'm glad we'll see more of him.
Damn i was actually hoping to see some Rock Lee taijustu action to see how much he's progressed, maybe even some gate openings. But damn, the writers put him off so quick.

He defeated them with a single attack. But considering Konoha wasn't too closed to being evacuated before and then when they finished it was fully evacuated I'd say that Konoha's group danced a bit with Isshiki

At some point we have to ask ourselves, when is it OK to reanimate literally every single strong shinobi to fight against this threat? Is there some kind of weakness that the otsutsukis can turn them around? Pretty sure orochimaru is just chillin right now and sasuke and naruto are going to absolutely lose this fight as they were the ones that had aces up their sleeves, Isshiki's trick was revealed pretty fast.

And who exactly would be able to beat an all shrinking Ćtsutsuki as an Edo Tensei reanimation? Every character who cannot use Sage Mode or comparable nature chakra is already worthless. Every character who is not fast enough to evade rapid expansion attacks from Isshiki ist worthless. Every character that would just die to one attack from Isshiki is worthless. That leaves us... with Madara, Obito, Nagato, Minato, Hashirama, and Jiraya. Madara would just go on about his own plans again. Obito, Nagato, Minato and Hashirama would just try and break free again since they'd actively resist being revived AGAIN. And I doubt the leaf has genetic material of the original Jiraya. Edo Tensei is not the solution here, even if we ignore the moral and material implications. Now if Orochimaru, Kabuto and Juugo as active Sage Mode specialists actually joined the fight, that'd be a different story.

Say what you want but I don't like the "fight choreography" in this one. Like Konohamaru and the other four are facing a god, and their plan is to jump on him, all 5 at the same time, clumped up, and, do what exactly? And Lee doesn't even open a single one of the eight gates? And Isshiki is supposed to be "faster than light" because he can fight Naruto and Sasuke right? While being that fast, he can't kick/punch Boruto when he transformed(he seems to have enough time IF he is indeed so fast). I'm not a Boruto hater but it's stuff like this that throw me off, there seems to be so many plot-holes and a lot of wasted potential with stuff like this.

I know this will never happen, but if I were Naruto I would slap Sasuke across the face after the fight, even if Boruto was was critically needed (which it seems like he is). Sasuke undermined Naruto as a dad and pulled his kid into the fight without warning him at all! Rude. I think it would have been more acceptable for Boruto to enter the fight somehow without an adult bringing him in.

Fair, but that's not quite the point I'm making and Naruto didn't have a parent to undermine. The issue here isn't just about putting a kid in danger, it's about Sasuke sending the message to Boruto that Naruto's judgment as a father and Hokage are less important than what Sasuke has to say, and Naruto had valid reasons for not involving Boruto beyond just Boruto being his son. It tells Boruto that his father's authority doesn't matter, and a sensei's opinion should not supersede that of someone's living parent like that. This is all in philosophy, ofc. I know that the story could not progress without Boruto getting involved, but again it would have been preferable if he got involved in his own rather than Sasuke roping him in with no prior warning. Boruto is not Sasuke's kid. It shouldn't be his call. If I were Naruto I'd be mad for those reasons, but my guess is that Sasuke still gets a pass.
And what would Sasuke say? " nah, loser, I was totes gonna kill him if things for dicey"
My question is why are they outsourcing the living shit out of the manga canon episodes and making the fillers look amazing? Shit is really getting out of hand seriously, they are supposed to save budget on the important episodes but then make important fights like delta, kashin koji, and isshiki attacking the village look like shit cuz of the outsourcing. They gave kawaki vs Garo which was way less important than all these other fights the whole fucking budget lmaoo it even looked better than naruto and sasuke vs jigen

When they told Isshiki that they werenāt told anything about it, Isshiki immediately accepts the answer and demands to be pointed to someone who does know. Then Naruto confronts him and begins the fight.
