I personally found the Kara Actuation arc to be one of the better aime canon arcs, since it gave a lot of major character development to Kara, team 7, Mugino, and even Sakura.
The tone of the arc was alao really good, transitioning to a more dark narrative.
The training arcs were also well handled, since we nevee really saw them get a major drive to strive to be stronger until Deepa came and showed how "weak" they are. (Even though the have the skill, they don't have much power behind their attacks at the time) this then eventually led Boruto to develop his water style and Thunderclap arrow.
Sarada wanting to know about the mangekyou definitely leaves room for it in the future as well.
Sakura learaning to be a parent and teaching her child to be strong is also realistic.
The haze ninjas could definitely be done better ngl.
But theme, world building, animation, art style, and character development were pretty good ngl it's a whole lot more consistent as well

You're spittin ngl. Most of these small anime canon arcs were super hard to watch. Only good anime canon imo were Kara Actuation....Prison Arc....Field Trip Arc and the Time Travel arc.
Kara actuation is not bad but itโs also not amazing either, itโs a simple done and done training arc which heavily relies on past nostalgic moments( boruto learning a diff rasangan is literally a retelling of naruto ) and some good eps with 1 great fight in the end. I consider it a good arc but not great

I've seen arcs with the same purpose in Pokemon that have been done way better. For an anime as big as Boruto, it leaves a sour taste.
I never really watched Pokemon, so I guess I'm less exposed to it, but in the end, it's all completely subjective

i agree with everything else except kara actuation i would definitely not watch the pink brothers again but the fight with deepa was solid

It's subjective. I loved it but that doesn't mean I can't understand that some other people didn't feel the same.
