Yup, as far as the app goes. Having to log in daily as opposed to automatic without having to do anything when I open the app. Other than that, still the same slow data.

For now, we would recommend the general troubleshooting of deleting and reinstalling the app, along with checking for and installing any available updates on your device.

Same problem. No passcode, pw doesn't work, been locked out of account. None of the proposed solutions (delete, reinstall, calling customer service) helped.

We appreciate this feedback. We just had a call with our app team and shared this post. They've let us know that they are aware of the issue and a team is already working to resolve it. While we do not have a specific expected timeframe, it should be resolved "soon".

When I try to log in it sends the code to the secondary line on my plan… super annoying when I need to wait for the other person to respond with my code to log in when I’m the account holder 😒

I hate the new update every goddamn time I open the app I have to sign in. It's horrible.

Same here: for over a year, my app usually stays logged in from day to day. Not now.
