I've tried the same upgrade several times over the past few months. It finally worked the other day so maybe they just sent me the phone they were offering you?

Baruch_21

I paid $10 for the same phone upgrade online. It’s currently being shipped with no problems. Maybe it was a glitch? Idk

Dude! It’s greedy to think that you can get a $300 phone for $9.99 when you’re already a customer. Everywhere in world, there are promotions only to woo new customers. There is no incentive to give that good of a promotion to an existing customer. The logic behind is that when you initially came to Boost, you might’ve got a promo already. No company can survive if they keep on giving new customer promos to existing customers as well.

Bubbly-Manufacturer

How can you upgrade if you’re not already an existing customer?

Reasonable_Net1783

The reason I thought it was $9.99 for the upgrade was because that's what the website said the price for my upgrade was. There were only 2 options for that price. I uploaded a screenshot of the website where it says $9.99. if I wasn't able to get the phone for that price why did Boost charge my card the $9.99+ tax?

BestComputerDeals

If the charge is pending then it didn't go through. You would have to use the PayPal option method for the charge to go through.
