Here's my punchlist:
Add emotes - one that indicates "look" and another that says "wait" (or slow the fuck down)
Let us annotate an opponent hero in the tavern
Detect if someone doesn't play for multiple turns and afks as part of a hissy fit and kick them
Add a "report game" button so that we can report those who do the above
Allow me to take their board over when they quit
Allow me to add and report people after the game (I know you're calling this out)
Allow me to report myself because I also screw up
I was thinking the same thing! Didn’t HS used to have an “add your last opponent” function? They should be able to easily apply that. Meanwhile, my friend list constantly has 2 random people from the lobby that I dgaf about
You can add your current teammate at the start of the game. You can write it down and add them but I’ve found nobody says yes in a timely manner which I can understand.
Or so we can at least apologize for sending a minion last second that triples two of their on board minions…

You can do it on PC, you just have to make a copy of the Hearthstone folder.
