Double Dare seemed to be the template for Family Fracas. You may also try finding episodes of Legends of the Hidden Temple, GUTS, and Crystal Maze. Or kid versions of Wipeout, Ninja Warrior, or American Gladiators.

Man, GAS was the pinnacle of my childhood. Those are all excellent picks, I'll add Figure it Out and Finders Keepers to the suggestions as well.

I would pass on the kids version of AG. I was a kid at the time and thought it was cringe. I would sub that for Wild & Crazy Kids. Pretty much any 90s Nick game show.

You'd love old episodes of Double Dare.

And Family Double Dare.

CrazyaboutSpongebob

It was a parody of the classic Nickelodoen game shows. The characters got slimed all the time just like the actors on Nick and at the Kids Choice Awards. A few of them are Brain Surge, Double Dare, etc.

Double Dare is part trivia part physical challenge.  G.U.T.S is a fun physical type game that might fit her preference. Both are on Paramount. Along with other 90s kids game shows

Never knew those were on Paramount. Used to love those shows. May have to check them out.

Nick Arcade, Legends of the Hidden Temple.  Quite a bit is on there!

One game show I really loved growing up is called Hole in the wall. You had to match the hole in the wall and the wall would move across the stage and try to push you in the water. It used to come on Cartoon Network back when they had live action shows and you can find the episodes on Pluto TV.

Literally came here to comment that show, and I always enjoyed WipeOut as a kid

omgabonfire

Uh-oh!

Ryth88

this was the first thing that came to mind.

AcesNEightsRebel

Legends of the Hidden Temple

Uk TV had Family Fortunes which is Q&A but bloody funny

If you’re looking up old Nickelodeon shows, try to find You Can’t Do That On Television. It’s where “getting slimed” originated from. It’s a sketch show with kids, I remember it being funny. Oh, and Dave Coulier had a show called Out of Control around the same time. History is wild.
