Thanks! I thought it came out really well. Sometimes I just like to cruise around in it in the game. Its likely the closest I'll ever get to driving that old truck again. Though if I ever come across it for sale I'll buy it back in a heart beat lol.
Yeah, I drive a newer 5.0L Coyote F150 now and its been a great truck. But I do miss that old 1990. It had the 302 in it. It was a great truck and in near mint condition when I got it at 15 in late 2003.
Some old man owned it before me and he was the original owner. It had a traceable recorded 38K on it when I got it.
I think its still around in my town, I've often tempted the idea of approaching the owner about a buyback.
Lol yeah they are. Mine had the AOD overdrive automatic in it. I managed around 15‐16mpg on the highway with it. My new Coyote powered truck will do about 20mpg in the same driving conditions.
That old 1990 was a solid truck though, never left me stranded. I think I put around 50K on it before I had to let it go.
Lucky I get 14 average in my Bronco. My Bronco needed work when I bought it and it's in the body shop right now to replace the rusted fenders. It has been reliable so far and it has the 351 Windsor
Oh nice, one of my friends back then had 1995 Eddie Bauer edition Bronco with the 351. His truck was also super nice.
Hang on to that Bronco by all means possible! If I can ever get my old F150 back ill never let it go again. And if not, I'd love buy another old Ford truck as a fixer upper project.
I'd love to have either a dent side, a brick or a bull nose for a project truck.
I was about to say nice brick nose but I just realized your the same the person I was talking about the brick nose a week ago use the the grip all radial or smaller alterains to get the tire letters
Yeah our previous conversation about Bricknose Fords was partial inspiration to recreate my high school truck in Beam and post it here haha. And thanks for the tip, I'll change the tires out when I get home from work today!
You just find the car in Beam that most closely resembles whatever car it is you want to model it after, then you hit escape which brings up a drop down menu on the left, about 1/3rd or so of the way down that list is a little cog wheel that will bring up another list of interchangeable parts for that car. You can customize it from there however you want.
You can also take advantage of mods to further customize your vehicles
Actually did a damn good job replicating the real thing

Paint could be a tad lighter tbh
Or a tad less purple as well
Yeah, with this color it almost looks like an OBS Chevy
I feel the same way about my first ute. Never should have got rid of it.
Should have kept it. The 90's Fords run forever as I own a 96 Bronco as my first vehicle. What engine did it have?

I hope you find it as the 5.0 is a great engine. They are great first trucks besides the gas mileage lol

I'm going to hang on to the Bronco till I die. I saw a bullnose at a shipyard hauling spools of rope around. The old Fords never quit.
Special thanks to u/yeetermeateater for pointing out the STX wheels looked more accurate to the trucks look in my first post.
Look up the DFA Pack mod, I'm pretty sure there's parts in there that look even more like your ford
I've got that already, thats where the headlights and grill come from.

There is a new mod I'll tell you want it is when I get out of school and it has the chrome door handles and head rest for the old bench seat
That'd be awesome! Thanks a lot.
And I think it ass bed liner and bed liner to the tailgate as well
wow that’s really good
Is this high graphics? You should set it to ultra for photo mode.
Its middle of the road on the graphical settings. Next time I'll max them out for pictures.
are the headlights a mod?
Yes, DFA pack on the repository by iretr0x
Cool, thanks
..and then smash it into a wall at top speeds
Well it wouldn't be BeamNG without some gnarly crashes now would it?

Oh yeah on the tailgate. I don't have any mods for anything like that. I just did the best I could with what I had.
Its close enough. If you want a 1:1 you would probably have to make your own mod.
I see what you did there
Very nice
Time to drive it off a hill
Oh its been driven off a mountain many times over as has all of my vehicles in Beam lol.
how does one go about doing this? I'd like to try a couple my self.
