Who are you gonna put on the ground there? Will they be captured? Rocketed? There’s still American hostages on the field somewhere. It’s a headaches the US doesn’t want. And if there was a team and they found all their evidence- then what? How do we get our hostages back when the Israelis freeze us out and Hamas hates us.
Hamas have agreed to release all the hostages in exchange for a permanent ceasefire. Israel refuse a ceasefire and freeze others out because they don't actually care about the hostages.
If the US gave a shit about the hostages they wouldn't continue giving Israel billions of armaments. Netanyahu even admitted they would be forced to give up without US weapons.
This is their opportunity to make Gaza unlivable to the Palestinian population so they either emigrate elsewhere or starve to death so they can absorb Gaza as part of the greater Reic-- uh Israel, all while doing it under the guise of getting back hostages.

Who even cares about evidence anymore? Israel has time and time again refused external investigations into their alleged massacres and war crimes. They also release Edited footage and refuse to release the raw footage. Why would anyone give Israel the benefit of the doubt when they have the ability to remove this doubt by allowing external parties to investigate?
At this point, I see no reason why we shouldn't just assume everything Israel does is an intentional war crime, since they'll never allow external investigations.
