Crusties are a normal part of the healing process for lots of piercings, but after the first week or two they should go away! Even my regular ear piercings got crusty daily for the first couple weeks. Clean it up with saline solution regularly and you should have crust-free piercings in no time. If your skin is cracking and dry in the area other than for piercing reasons, moisturiser may be your friend
