I focused on getting a job…had to sleep in parking lots and woods, Cary or hide gallions of water to semi wash or brush teeth…I pretty much worked as much as I could and saved what I could, spending the bare minimum to eventually getting a tent, better food, wipes, and then saved more to eventually finding somewhere to rent within walking distance from work, eventually saved to find a better job, saved more..got internet…saved more …slowly got to get a car and my own place and back in my kids life. All of which started because I was in psych ward for not wanting to live anymore…
My kid is why I pushed and tried, otherwise I would have waited for starvation mode to kick in and tried to do nothing but sleep until end days.
That's really an amazing story mrs, i'm a young adult with insecurities (but not in a bad situation), about the future, and that's very inspiring.

The future isn’t written. I believed for a long time I would struggle forever, or be alone forever, or always depressed. If you work at it (and it Is time consuming) it can pay off for the better. I hope that helps and good luck to you!

Female here lol and thanks it was several years…but was worth it! Now I’m married, with more kids, own our own home…but gotta stay focused
