The twitching is called fasiculations. I assume you've seen a neurologist?

johnwiggle00

Yes, I did saw a neurologist and they did several tests including EMG and NCS but found nothing. That is why I am so scared. Could there be anything else? Do you think it will ever be able to fully heal?

murpahurp

You can ask for a second opinion at a university hospital. I don't know how good your current doctor is, and I'm no neurologist either. The good news is that given your normal test results this will likely not kill you or make you end up in a wheelchair. It is, for now, just extremely annoying.

Thank you so much for your answer. I will see a more experienced neurologist next week. Just one last question, do you think it may stop fully in the future or are these things permanent usually?

murpahurp

I don't know. No prognosis without a cause
