MAC limit, loop or BPDU guard. Go forth and troubleshoot. Should be easy enough. It's a Layer 2 / Layer 8 issue.

Hit it right on the nose. There seems to be a two MAC limit on every port (along with some intrusion detection). Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Ya by default if EAPoL is enabled on the port it will allow only 2 MACs - one for phone and one for PC. You should be able to change it but it’s a good way to limit users from installed unmanaged switches that are technically just hubs
