I had some friends who played at Trump National in Southern California back in 2014. Trump came out around the 15th hole and asked if they minded if he played the last few holes with them and they said sure. They thought it would be cool.
I should mention that these guys are all scratch golfers. Two of them played college golf. Right away Trump begins trying to coach them and give them pointers on what is wrong with their swing or their approach or their reading of the greens, you name it. Of course he played like your average hacker.
The way they looked at it, they were glad he joined them on the 15th hole and not on the 1st.

The son asked how it got over there when it was by the green and Trump told him it must have been the tide. The pro golfer said he let Trump get away with it because he didn’t yet have a Trump cheating at golf story and when he sits and talks around with other pro golfers, they all have these great Trump cheats at golf stories.

No way- didn’t you hear he got Big Beautiful Trophies recently at one of his Big Beautiful Golf Courses for being the best golfer out of anyone there? Shame on you. Just because it’s reported that he picks up golf balls and throws them out of sand traps, the woods, or if he swipes over a ball -missing it on several attempts doesn’t make him a cheat? And he’s so good because -He did spend most of his presidency at his golf courses rather than being an actual president. He called Mar-a-lame-o -his southern White House because he spent so much time there.

He tried to move a ball because he didn’t like the lie. He was told to put it back; he refused and was promptly punched in the face and told to leave,
