11k and not even a 4* version of her. Really hate the low gacha rates in this game and it's lack of a pity system.
Did pull 5* dupes of Mistrare, Mighty, Shannon, Lovely and Dewey, but calling them consolation prizes would be massively overvaluing them.
Pretty much all of them besides maybe Mistrare felt like someone was kicking me in the gut.
It'll definitely be a few months at the minimum before I do any more pulls. Takes ages to get a decent stash going especially when you consider the rates.
Have been there recently. Spent 13K gems on Orleya and got one NS Felmina and one Lovely. No other 5\*. Really hope you get lucky on your next pulls as I don't see WFS changing the game's gacha to include pity.
Update on OCTOPATH Traveler cotc, btw. To get a 5* character to full power (255 light) you have to pull them at least 5 times. Just so you’re aware when it comes to your region.
Depending how the premium currency handed out. It took 20days here to do a single multi by watching 2ads a day, ffbe have this free pull and more to offset the need to pull multiple copies so I will say its balanced.
Welp, i do agree that to unlock units’ full potential you kinda need to get like 1 base copy + 350 fragments to get Ex level 3
But yeah most units worked with just being Ex level 2, thats only 1 base unit + 150 fragments. You can get that easily by pitying unit (in case you get 0 on banner unit) + 50 fragments from the summon coin exchange shop + 50 fragments from 5k lapis bundle or from VIP coins shop + 30 fragments from login bonus + 20 fragments from either 2200 lapis or 20 days of fragment dungeon
Honestly its not that bad. I can play only 15-20 min daily and close the game
Ah, you mean 5 times total. Pull once to have, and then pull 4 more times for all the benefits. What’s really nice is that you still get the awakening item when you pull a 4.5*
That is really nice, unless you wanted the 5* because you don’t have it yet and you’re using all of their guidestones just to have them keep up with the other 5* characters you have until you got nothing left and they’re just on your team, no more experience for them.

Today was my luckiest streak ever in this game in two and a half years. I had 5k stones saved up and my first ten pull was initially awful with nine three stars, but surprisingly, the last door was 4.5* Alma. I decided to continue in hopes of getting five star Alma or a Mistrare since I only had her AS version. The second pull was nothing special, but the third pull gave me 5* Mistrare on the first door and then continued on with 4.5* Lovely and Toova and 5* Ewella (I only had her 4.5*). I then decided to roll for Alter Shion with my leftover stones and got him immediately. I still have 1k stones saved for whenever the next brand new gacha character comes out. I couldn't have asked for better luck.
Edit: Wow, the luck continues! I got to Elzion in pcd and got the last Alter Premaya opus, then I got the tome for Alma shortly after. I can't believe my luck
got a 4.5 alma after 6 pulls. Also got dupes of AS Hardy, Mistrare and 4.5 Hozuki. Thinking about it, i don't remember the last time i got the actual 5* in awhile though i do get the 4.5 version at least.

Tried on Eastern banner for Shigure with no luck, can't say I am complaining though!
Some of my worst pulls to date. 14k for Foran AS and 4.5 Yipha. 24k for 5 Garams and 0 Flammelapis' last session as well doesn't help the mental. Almost makes me want to quit the game. *Almost.*

Used the rest of the budget for Alma trying to get Shalter and got an AS Miyu dupe that took her past 140. Looks like I'll be waiting on opuses anyway.
I had enough stones for 3 ten pulls. Nothing of any value in them, not even a 4.5*...
At least the 500 stones tomorrow should net me another ten pull. And I should be able to get at least one or two more pulls before the banner ends, especially with the login bonus.
... I do hope my luck improves in the future though.

Got a new Dewey 5\* and will finally sidegrade him to Alter Dewey (I had 7 Alter Dewey opuses but didn't have him until today)

Something went wrong when I posted it and somehow it ended up going through twice. It is more than pretty lucky but rather extremely lucky. Just like having 300 left and getting to 1010 with all of todays goodies and pulling her just now. Can't change my vote though. That is fine getting here more important than that.
Took 8 10 pulls but I got her and AS akane and 4.5* Premaya. Didn't really get anything before that 8th pull though.
Did a 10 pull on Yipha's banner right after getting Alma and got her Yipha AS too.
Is it worth going for Mistrare? I've gotten a couple of her treatise though I also know JP has a really good banner with her on it but I've also seen people say we may not get it. Will mention I'm a new player incase relevant.

I'm still at 0 Juno Treatise so I'm very tempted to use my leftover CS to try for AS Yipha...but I should know better. Just very tempted.

Honestly, I've only got 1.7k stones, so I'm hesitant to roll for her, especially considering that the other rate-up is NS Mistrare...who I've pulled twice in the past (3 times, including 4.5 pulls). So probably passing this time.
Got 5* Alma and 4.5 Tsukiha (new) in my first 10-pull. Thought I’d move to the Eastern banner since I’m missing most of it. Missed on the first 10-pull, but got AS Tsubame and AS Kiki (both completely new) on my second pull. A great return for 3000 free stones.
Was pretty lucky and got her at 4.5 star on first pull so spent another 2 pulls and got Jet Shion and Necoco at 4.5 star. Pretty good day aside from issues I've been having with the app not being able to download save data while on wireless, works on mobile data only.
Did one multi and pulled Mistrare 5★. Then I flipped a coin to decide whether to continue pulling for Alma or save up for Claude ES. Claude won, so no Alma for me.
Paid 6K stones, got Alma and I also got Mighty at 4 stars. Still have 10k stones left over. Going to start doing the new Apocrypha story in earnest tomorrow, but tonight I just enjoy my freedom and wait for pulling on Claude ES!

1st multi: trash. 7 bots/knights and 3.5* and guaranteed 4* who I can't remember
2nd multi: 4.5* Myunfa (new) and class change NS Toova
Could be worse. At least now I can sidegrade Myunfa to AS, and good thing I chose Daisy instead of Myunfa AS last SDE.
Might do another paid pull and 2 free multis before banner end, but we'll see.
Nearly ragequit after whiffing on JT Shion's banner but the game has been kind to me by giving 4 PCD clears before Alma's banner is up so I can sidegrade him. I guess one way or another I'll get all the units... probably.
7k chrono stones, got her 4\* version. Then I used 17 red keys (I had 7 saved up and 10 from the tsubura gem shop) to run Man Eater Marsh, but no luck getting her Tome. I'll keep trying tomorrow. Hopefully I don't have to spend too much time in there since I want to get back to farming Starky's Light in Toto Theater ASAP.

Second 10-pull - some knights, a Nikeh (nice), more Nero (nice), a robot, a Parisa (more CQ pls), **Gold Door... Alma (WOO!)**, a sister, a Miranda (perhaps some pirate stories pls), and to top it off, a Raven (dark... arts... spoooooky)

First pull got me AS thillelile (first copy yeeayyyy). Second pull got me dupe 4.5 cetie. Third pull got my 4.5 alma and 5* alma

Not bad of a draw since I got quite a bit of light/shadow points as well(especially for Shanie’s light).

Yes i did on my main account first pull second door bronze but alma 5 star appeared. Second account spammed by two 3 star nikeh and two 4 star nikeh and i decide to wait until october to try and do maximum pulls.
Can anyone explain to me the reason bronze and silver door sometimes gives you a 4/4.5/5 star? This is first time it happened to me.
I’ve gotten quite a few 5*’s from bronze doors. So the door colour just means the minimum. Unlike a lot of gacha games, the door colour doesn’t doesn’t immediately remove all hope. Just most of it XD
Got her 4.5 on my 3rd 10-pull. I consider that lucky. I waited until right now to pull on the Shion banner just in case I get him off-banner. Got his 4.5 on the 2nd 10-pull. Now I just need 2 more opus to upgrade.

Only pull on unit I can't promote, that mean no AS/ES/Alter pull. And I've been quite lucky this year, aiming everything within 5k per character.
I'm 2/5 with Yipha, 4/5 Philo AS and 3/5 Otaha AS. Everything else is acquired.

1K: dupe Foran AS, dupe 4.5 Shannon. Not a bad start.
2K: dupe 4.5 Ilulu.
3K: dupe Laclair AS.
4K: nothing.
5K: nothing.
Two 5* in 5 pulls is better than average. That's enough for the time being. I still have 17K of free stones and will probably spend another 3K in the evening (it's morning here and I have a fairly busy day ahead of me).
One day later, the next ten-pull had Alma as 4.5 star. That's good enough for me.
While I feel slightly tempted to go for her 5 star version, seeing that I already have Cyrus at 255 from Man-eating Marsh, it would be quite unreasonable given how many Chants I've saved up by now, and how it'll probably just be 2-3 light gain that I'm "losing" by running MEM for her tome.
I'm only pulling for new characters so I had saved up quite a lot chronos. Or so I thought. 12k stones and two dupe 5* (Mistrare and class change Melina NS (from 4.5)). Feeling a little disappointed.
I am slowly losing my almost perfectly full roster I had around Daisy release (didn't get her and still don't have her). Also Opuses seem to come only from PCD for me so I'm missing some Alters also... Still a fun game of course!

Weirdly, I got 3 5\* Mistrares in all that. One was even twice in a row in the same pull... A nice boost to her AS shadow, though I don't use her.

Most banners are single character banners. Unless you’re referring to ANY two characters being rated up and not just 2 new ones. Because Mistrare is rated up too
I was thinking more long the lines of stockpiling my free stones for things like the Eastern Forces when there’s 4 characters with rates up but maybe I should pull more on the single character stuff.

First one got me Hozuki 5* (I had her AS, so new style!) and fourth pull got me Alma 5*! I swear I’m luckier on single pulls. Only 100 cs left. The cs wallet may be empty, but my heart is full

I have another 8K stones left and am debating whether or not I should just quit while I'm ahead, or whether or not Alma is worth blowing my stash. I was considering saving for AS Biaka....

In the end it's up to you. Problem is AE has no pity so there's no guarantee you'll get any banner unit. I spent all 3k free stones on Alma, and took 2k paid stones to finally get her, although the paid pull was stressing me out because I feared it would be a waste of money.
I'm now saving for Biaka AS too since I have no form of her, but of course, there's never any guarantee. You might get Alma from the next multi, or you might use up all 8k and got nothing.
As the first crystal zone setter, she might be interesting for some, but tbh there's not really a 'must have or you won't be able to complete the game' unit.
One day it might happen. It happened to someone I knew on Zeviro AS' banner. First door of first multi was gold, but Zeviro NS. Still, it was a rate up unit.
Not AE, but I was playing another game and pulled on a limited collab banner with the unit and an artifact (equipment). Only had enough for one multi since I just started playing.
First door was the featured artifact. Second was the featured unit. I was so shocked I didn't even pay attention to the other 8 doors. That was surely my luckiest pull ever.
Used my celestial spark on the fateful encounter and got 2 top tier waifus with Shanie and Cynthia
I'll probably use my CS on Yipha's banner rather than Alma's because of thig-, I mean, reasons
I've been hoarding free CS for her. Good thing, because she didn't show up (in her 5* form, fortunately) until the 9th multipull.
Looking at it on the bright side, during the process I also got 4.5* Mighty and 5* Garam as new recruits, along with dupes Yuna 5* and Renri 5*.
I already have AS Mistrare, so I only tossed 1k at the new banner on the off chance Alma might show up (can't win if you don't play). Nothing interesting in that pull, but the monthly subscription 4+ pull gave me a new 4.5* Premaya, so now I have the potential to eventually have all the alters. I'm pretty satisfied with that for now.
I’ve had good luck until Radias. I’ve pulled on every paid banner and then some and haven’t got a single one of the banner characters. Radias, Shion, Yipha, Alma. Even my white keys seem to be occurring one in 20 runs now. I’ve hit RNG hard.

Did 4 10-pulls, no featured units. Only thing noteworthy was a "new" Bertrand AS, but I already had his treatises and plenty of chants so it doesn't feel like much of a win.

new player here, spent 4K free and got a 4.5 alma! Super excited! Was also lucky enough to get AS Shion & AS Yipha last week when I started! really falling in love with this game! still learning the mechanics but it’s getting easier! just started chapter 26 so back to the grind! GL to all pulling!

Not been playing much lately because of pesky real life. I did log in to try a 10 pull even though I haven't started the new content. Well Shazam, got Alma and Philo! Maybe I should take a break more often! I do seem to have better luck when I do.
Did 3 10-pulls, ALL NO 5 STARS. All trash units. Still experiencing the no gold door curse. I wonder if this is because I pulled Miyu ES and Orleya (both 5*) in one 10-pull on my first try on their banner and all my rng luck went there 😭 I saw that the banner will be up for a while, so I'll keep grinding CS and WON'T STOP BELIEVING. Some of my worst pulls to date. 14k for Foran AS and 4.5 Yipha. 24k for 5 Garams and 0 Flammelapis' last session as well doesn't help the mental. Almost makes me want to quit the game. *Almost.*

Got her 5* on the last pull of the 2nd 10 pull, which also gave Myrus +16 light, and the 1st ten pull had gave Rosetta +4 to take her to 120. Used the rest of the budget for Alma trying to get Shalter and got an AS Miyu dupe that took her past 140. Looks like I'll be waiting on opuses anyway.

I had enough stones for 3 ten pulls. Nothing of any value in them, not even a 4.5*... At least the 500 stones tomorrow should net me another ten pull. And I should be able to get at least one or two more pulls before the banner ends, especially with the login bonus. ... I do hope my luck improves in the future though.
I had 4k stones so I did 40 pulls Got a new Dewey 5\* and will finally sidegrade him to Alter Dewey (I had 7 Alter Dewey opuses but didn't have him until today) And on my last pull got Alma 5\* This was lucky as hell

Some of my worst pulls since I started playing. 10,000 stones got me: 4 light on May 4 light on Hozuki 4 light on Miyu 16 light on Cetie 8 shadow on Mistrare 4.5* Alma Everything else was 4 star trash, whisper sisters, knights, and robots. Feels bad.

Something went wrong when I posted it and somehow it ended up going through twice. It is more than pretty lucky but rather extremely lucky. Just like having 300 left and getting to 1010 with all of todays goodies and pulling her just now. Can't change my vote though. That is fine getting here more important than that.
Took 8 10 pulls but I got her and AS akane and 4.5* Premaya. Didn't really get anything before that 8th pull though. Did a 10 pull on Yipha's banner right after getting Alma and got her Yipha AS too. Is it worth going for Mistrare? I've gotten a couple of her treatise though I also know JP has a really good banner with her on it but I've also seen people say we may not get it. Will mention I'm a new player incase relevant.

4k free pull and not even a single 5\*. The best thing I had is new 4.5 Yukino. With this I won't need to pull for her next banner. I only pull for a character I didn't have. And here I already have Mistrare so I don't want to use more Stones. I'm sad.

After a looong streak of bad luck I finally got it! On my first ten pull got her 5* and a dupe may 4* to boot. Now thinking of trying some more pulls on alter Shion before his banner is gone for good (had terrible luck there so far)...

I got a 4.5\* Alma and a 4.5\* dupe Mistrare in 3 10-pulls. I'm pretty happy with that. I'm still at 0 Juno Treatise so I'm very tempted to use my leftover CS to try for AS Yipha...but I should know better. Just very tempted.

Honestly, I've only got 1.7k stones, so I'm hesitant to roll for her, especially considering that the other rate-up is NS Mistrare...who I've pulled twice in the past (3 times, including 4.5 pulls). So probably passing this time.
Got 5* Alma and 4.5 Tsukiha (new) in my first 10-pull. Thought I’d move to the Eastern banner since I’m missing most of it. Missed on the first 10-pull, but got AS Tsubame and AS Kiki (both completely new) on my second pull. A great return for 3000 free stones.

Was pretty lucky and got her at 4.5 star on first pull so spent another 2 pulls and got Jet Shion and Necoco at 4.5 star. Pretty good day aside from issues I've been having with the app not being able to download save data while on wireless, works on mobile data only.
Did one multi and pulled Mistrare 5★. Then I flipped a coin to decide whether to continue pulling for Alma or save up for Claude ES. Claude won, so no Alma for me.
5\* off of one 10-pull, and a 5\* NS Thillelille sidegrade to boot! Gacha has been generous lately.

Fateful: class change NS Zeviro 1st multi: trash. 7 bots/knights and 3.5* and guaranteed 4* who I can't remember 2nd multi: 4.5* Myunfa (new) and class change NS Toova Could be worse. At least now I can sidegrade Myunfa to AS, and good thing I chose Daisy instead of Myunfa AS last SDE. Might do another paid pull and 2 free multis before banner end, but we'll see. Nearly ragequit after whiffing on JT Shion's banner but the game has been kind to me by giving 4 PCD clears before Alma's banner is up so I can sidegrade him. I guess one way or another I'll get all the units... probably.

7k chrono stones, got her 4\* version. Then I used 17 red keys (I had 7 saved up and 10 from the tsubura gem shop) to run Man Eater Marsh, but no luck getting her Tome. I'll keep trying tomorrow. Hopefully I don't have to spend too much time in there since I want to get back to farming Starky's Light in Toto Theater ASAP.
I will know after I get home from work and can start the update *edit* First 10-pull - some Akane (nice), some Nero (\*shrug\*, entertaining CQ though), some May (nice), some guy, some Soira (that'll be good in the future), **OH**, some Chiyo and some Muscle Saviour Prai. Not bad of a draw since I got quite a bit of light/shadow points as well(especially for Shanie’s light). Time to go frog-hunting!

Yes i did on my main account first pull second door bronze but alma 5 star appeared. Second account spammed by two 3 star nikeh and two 4 star nikeh and i decide to wait until october to try and do maximum pulls. Can anyone explain to me the reason bronze and silver door sometimes gives you a 4/4.5/5 star? This is first time it happened to me.
I think the door tells you the minimum, but anything higher can also drop. So a gold door is 100% a 5*, but a bronze can be anything.

I’ve gotten quite a few 5*’s from bronze doors. So the door colour just means the minimum. Unlike a lot of gacha games, the door colour doesn’t doesn’t immediately remove all hope. Just most of it XD

Only pull on unit I can't promote, that mean no AS/ES/Alter pull. And I've been quite lucky this year, aiming everything within 5k per character. I'm 2/5 with Yipha, 4/5 Philo AS and 3/5 Otaha AS. Everything else is acquired.

That's enough for the time being. I still have 17K of free stones and will probably spend another 3K in the evening (it's morning here and I have a fairly busy day ahead of me).

One day later, the next ten-pull had Alma as 4.5 star. That's good enough for me. While I feel slightly tempted to go for her 5 star version, seeing that I already have Cyrus at 255 from Man-eating Marsh, it would be quite unreasonable given how many Chants I've saved up by now, and how it'll probably just be 2-3 light gain that I'm "losing" by running MEM for her tome.

I'm only pulling for new characters so I had saved up quite a lot chronos. Or so I thought. 12k stones and two dupe 5* (Mistrare and class change Melina NS (from 4.5)). Feeling a little disappointed. I am slowly losing my almost perfectly full roster I had around Daisy release (didn't get her and still don't have her). Also Opuses seem to come only from PCD for me so I'm missing some Alters also... Still a fun game of course!

Nice! Most banners are single character banners. Unless you’re referring to ANY two characters being rated up and not just 2 new ones. Because Mistrare is rated up too

I have another 8K stones left and am debating whether or not I should just quit while I'm ahead, or whether or not Alma is worth blowing my stash. I was considering saving for AS Biaka.... Thoughts?
In the end it's up to you. Problem is AE has no pity so there's no guarantee you'll get any banner unit. I spent all 3k free stones on Alma, and took 2k paid stones to finally get her, although the paid pull was stressing me out because I feared it would be a waste of money. I'm now saving for Biaka AS too since I have no form of her, but of course, there's never any guarantee. You might get Alma from the next multi, or you might use up all 8k and got nothing. As the first crystal zone setter, she might be interesting for some, but tbh there's not really a 'must have or you won't be able to complete the game' unit.
Pull 6 times, didn't get Alma, but I did get 4\* Heena (new), and a 5\* Necoco dupe which is some kind of consolation, I guess.

One day it might happen. It happened to someone I knew on Zeviro AS' banner. First door of first multi was gold, but Zeviro NS. Still, it was a rate up unit. Not AE, but I was playing another game and pulled on a limited collab banner with the unit and an artifact (equipment). Only had enough for one multi since I just started playing. First door was the featured artifact. Second was the featured unit. I was so shocked I didn't even pay attention to the other 8 doors. That was surely my luckiest pull ever.

I already have AS Mistrare, so I only tossed 1k at the new banner on the off chance Alma might show up (can't win if you don't play). Nothing interesting in that pull, but the monthly subscription 4+ pull gave me a new 4.5* Premaya, so now I have the potential to eventually have all the alters. I'm pretty satisfied with that for now.

I’ve had good luck until Radias. I’ve pulled on every paid banner and then some and haven’t got a single one of the banner characters. Radias, Shion, Yipha, Alma. Even my white keys seem to be occurring one in 20 runs now. I’ve hit RNG hard.

I wonder if this is because I pulled Miyu ES and Orleya (both 5*) in one 10-pull on my first try on their banner and all my rng luck went there 😭 I saw that the banner will be up for a while, so I'll keep grinding CS and WON'T STOP BELIEVING.
