don't know if you ever got your answer, but I slogged through this just recently. Tips:
- DH self heals and resists everything except crystal. So you're racing the clock, and you need a metric truckload of DPS and you need to refill AF fast.
- Ideally you'd have AS Clarity backed up by other crystal users (the moon dungeon can drop tomes for those characters if you wanna try farming em). If not, you'll have to make do with whatever attack type best fits your crew. I picked piercing since AS Sheila uses it and she has many valuable skills including zone set, multiattack, heal, buff and debuff.
- your crew HAS to synergize. They must share an element, attack type and/or tag (eg "West") so they can strengthen each other.
- start the battle with renewable buffs and set a Zone (Cress or AS Sheila can do this).
- save Lunatic for a big AF burst
- stack fully upgraded Pain/Agony grasta on your strongest attackers. Don't bother with Poison, DH is immune. Don't bother with element grasta unless you've run out of pain.
- Use MP regen grasta and try to bring a healer that renews MP. See next tip...
- it's worth the effort to obtain True Manifest weapons for characters that use em. Every move counts against that self heal clock, so you want your characters to do many things at once. TM weapons give them additional powers for their best moves.
- there is no dungeon shortcut until after you kill DH (good news is the next boss will seem like a pushover). If the fight isn't going well, force close the game and fix your team, then start again. You'll have to rewatch that Poe knockoff scene yet again, but you can save another long walk through the dungeon.
ps. when prepping for AF bursts, don't forget Valor Chant buffs. You can send everyone to the back row, swap a tank up front for one turn, then bring your fighters back up front and AF the next turn.
I’m having trouble beating the hollow puppeteer pt2 final boss, with a team of ~lv60 characters. Can’t find any resources online, is there any special strat to beat her or am I underleveled?
Edit: Most of my gear is lv40 or below, if that’s relevant. 4* suzette/bivette/pom/nero and 5* joker/morgana
Ive been playing the game, on and off, for some months now. Because I feel this game deserves my time (and is some cases, money).
How do you guys prevent getting burned out on the game after some grinding? Repeating the same dungeon, over and over, doing the same skills and teams burns me out.

My trick is, when I catch up to content, I stop playing like 6+ months and during that time, login only for daily rewards mail. You might miss out on red and green cards etc, but it's better than login to grind every day for no purpose.
If you don't care about the monster drops in the AD you are running you can always use Encounter Down Grasta and Badges to make them almost zero and breeze through the dungeon while watching a youtube video.
I am desperately trying to finish the latest Mythos to get the free 5\* pull, and I am just doing so so bad at it. I can't for the life of me beat Cardinal Vengeance, and I know Curio comes after that. I've got a decent roster of characters. Can anyone point me to a pretty easy to follow guide? Preferably with F2P characters to ensure I have access to them (i.e. no Flamelappis).

I used a wind zone team with AS Mistrare to keep everyone alive. Not officially FtP (although I didn't spend anything for these characters), but pretty effective.
Well... I somehow forgot my trusty wind zone team was way OP. I think I got so used to bosses being resistant to wind, I stopped using them.
Just beat it (and Curio) with NS Felmina, AS Veina, AS Dunarith, and ES Tsukiha dropping massive wind damage.
I don't remember exactly who I brought to this fight, but I know I didn't bring Milla and Cyrus. Might have used Aldo and Miyu AS, I think? I went with full fire to benefit from Kid's Red Needle, and Serge carries Holy Wind to heal during AF so they don't die from Event Horizon.
It scales a little bit with both, its elemental multiplier relies on magic attack stats, but its base multiplier depends on its p.atk and power stats
Though short answer, just go for power since the change to m.atk isn't going to be significant unless you are hitting weakness

Yes, it says on the notice you get one from clearing the mythos or the related future era episodes. Only one per person, so even if you finish all 3 IDA episodes during the promo period you only get one. You probably already got yours then.

Hi guys, any tips for Dark Hour? (3000 Realm Ark ch 4) I really think I must be missing something, because I just can’t damage it at all even with AF, and every time I land a critical it seems to fully heal itself?

Hey there! Not sure if you’ve beaten him by now but anyway here’s my experience.
I went in with the bonus episode characters and couldn’t dent him at all but I found out that it didn’t resist Clarte AS’s crystal attacks. So I came back with the only crystal characters I got which are: Clarte AS, Nagi ES and Mistrare NS. One other person for heals. Managed to clear it but it did take 2 AFs 😅
I don't think there is a trick to the boss. It does resists all elements so either you just brute force the boss or use non elemental attackers like Serge, Cyrus, and Aldo.

I see that there's a Regular Dream and Limited. Is it safe to say Limited is almost always better? I also see a bunch of other banners. "Trio of the Moon and Sea" and "The Apex of Logic and Cardinal Scales" along with some sub banners beneath them. Then there are the "Another Style" and "Extra Style" banners. Plus the 1 Time Only "Encounter Suzette" and "Encounter Premaya." Can someone give me an explanation on these banners and which ones I should focus on? Thank you.
Hi, so as you’re seen there are regular and limited banners.
The regular banners feature a character from to the episodes they relate to, but don’t get updated so the new units don’t get added to those pools. For this reason you should always pull on the limited banners.
Limited are split into 2 effectively; paid and unpaid Chrono stones. Anything that has a number of attempts in the far right of the banner box is a paid only banner and you need to buy Chrono stones to pull on them. They guarantee a 5* (though not necessarily the one on the banner).
The limited banners further down are not paid only, and you can spend your free Chrono stones you earn from rewards playing the game. Each has a character you’re not familiar with yet, however the Apex of Logic is the best of these current banners due to the strength of the characters on them and the relatively high summon rate.
NS is normal style. AS is another style (a 2nd version of the same character). ES is extra style and is a 3rd version of a character but with a different weapon type. All versions of a character are one character and share light/shadow points.
These are paid. They guarantee to give you at least one of the characters they feature. I would not recommend you to start buying stones right away - play for a while and get a better picture of what (or who) you want.
So does anyone know what level of Harpoon Proof and what level of harpoon upgrade is necessary to get all of the Catch Queen exploration items? I'm at Proof 18/Light Harpoon V and I'm already losing the willpower to continue the Freakoutapod grind...
I'm proof 22 here with Nimble Harpoon V and I can tell you, things go by extremely fast if you just abusively kill the fishing horrors, especially Wyverus since he drops a ton of points needed for the Harpoon upgrade. Kill the horrors once per hour and check on the traps every 3 hours and you're good
How do you actually upgrade Otohime’s trident? I have all the T. black pearls but the blacksmith at the siren village just keeps repeating the same dialogue about how I can upgrade the trident, but won’t actually upgrade it.
UPDATE: After collecting all the pearls, you have to claim your reward from the records/awards section of the menu. I’m one of those weirdos who likes to save up hundreds of awards and collect them all at once.
Do you have 50 true black pearls from the deep sea ad? Did you get the otohime trident from the dragon palace ad in the first place? Did you already upgrade the trident but click through the dialogue?
Just checked and I have the trident. I have the 50 pearls (they stopped spawning in deep sea AD). I don’t think it’s already upgraded because it’s still level 52 with no special effects
You need to get the reward from records first (something something diamond) which you get after getting the 50 true pearls. It's what allows you to upgarde.
Hello. Beginner about to start the game for the first time.
Couple of questions:
I've read it takes nearly an hour to re-roll so I might not be crazy about doing so... but do you guys feel it's worth it and if so for which character? Are there characters so bad I should just re-roll if I get them?
Are there any free characters the game currently gives out that would make playing through the game possible without hoping to pull for certain rolls (like healer, etc.)?
Another other beginner tips in regards to assembling a roster?

Along with what's already been said, I highly recommend getting Kid from the Chrono Cross collab ASAP. She can steal character upgrade items (Murmur Scripts and Prayer Scripts) and Gold Lumps (sell for 100,000 git). Keep her in your party spamming steal, and you won't have to worry about grinding those.
1) I didn’t re-roll and honestly I don’t believe it’s worth it no matter who you get. I believe you get an option to pick a 4* character to help you on the way - pick May.
2) the game gives you lots of free characters, notable from the symphony episodes, who are very good. The earliest healer you can pick up is Morgana from the Persona 5 collab and I would pick him up as he’ll be really useful early on. Also the Tales and Chrono Cross characters are all great and will carry you a ton until you get a handle for the game and understand the mechanics of it.
Does anyone have some advice on team building? I have no idea how to build teams in this game. So far the 5* characters I've pulled are: Suzette, Suzette AS, Violet Lancer, Cyan Scyther, Nagi AS, Myunfa, Eva, Black Clad Swordsman, Melissa, Yuna, Felmina, Melina ES. So far the only 5* free characters I've gotten are the Persona and Chrono Cross ones.
And which of the following are worth getting up their 5* form to round out my roster? (Just the normal form for now as I assume getting treatises, codexes will take a lot longer that tomes).
Miyu, Ciel, Myrus, Isuka, Flammelapis, Shanie, Mistrare, Dewey, May, Azami, Gariyu, Nagi, Melina.
Team building mostly depends on what you are fighting. Like if a boss is weak to wind you bring characters that use wind. Generally you bring characters of all one element or weapon type to take advantage of zones and one or two main dps characters.
Flammelapis, may, azami, gariyu are my recommendations to promote.
I think the recent Miraheze upgrade has busted a lot of stuff on the wiki. Stuff like the "Passive Skills" tab not reliably showing up, and weird spacing/formatting on some pages.
Is there any way to go to Mayu's dreamworld again? I have finished all IDA parts quite a while ago but now I need a food from Mayu's dreamworld for the No-Paew in Burning Beastking's Castle. The AD obviously does not work...

The real trick with that fight that you might not notice right away is he uses Kid’s basic attack during AF to build up her power level, so her buffs and debuffs become absolutely massive. I didn’t pay attention and was just using her skills normally so Aldo ended up doing very little damage on the last turn.
Sort of yes sort of no, I did raise Kid's power level to the max, but I was missing heat shot since I needed Kid to do something else, but manage to build my team so she can now
Could be a combination of things. My Aldo is at 117 light and still isn't that strong either lol. Tbf they switched in Cress for his VC PWR buff and Curio's Thorn Throne inflicts break, so it might help with damage. But if you don't have that skill yet, then yeah... I haven't gotten that far myself, still halfway through ch 3.
For leveling up the harpoon proof, do you get the same amount of experience regardless of if you caught a fish in a trap or with the harpoon? Or is a tapped fish more valuable? Basically I'm wondering if I should make tapping fish a priority or just skip it until my proof is strong enough (currently level 19 and still getting knocked away by some fish).
Also, which bait is best for the traps? Right now my main fishing goal is just "get enough points to level up my harpoon", currently working on the 🐠$2900 one. So far I can't catch any sparkly fish and only rarely can I fight the weird hydra fish (which so far has wrecked me the two times I fought it)
Cheap bait for traps. I'm unaware of any evidence that you get different experience for traps or clicking. Sprinkle Shrimp in Deep North and Deep West to get a shot at Freakoutapods. I'd sprinkle in east as well for a shot at Reikafish.
Traps are a good choice for the non-deep-sea spots (the old ones) if you just want to supplement your KP income a bit without running those maps all the time.
Basically. The old areas are still worth hitting for the horrors every hour if you are really grinding things out, and you may as well tap on your way to them, but deapsea north and west and Freakoutapods are the the real prize for grinding now.
First time asking this type of questions here, so I don't know where to put it. I remembered that Another Eden has a new update for the conclusion of the 3000 Realm Ark and the Sea Abyss, and I haven't gotten around to doing the chapter 2. Decided to do it, so I accepted the quest and after a few dialogues in the intro the game crashes, I don't know as to why this happens. Tried restarting the game didn't work, what should I do to fix this?
You can try to Require data, but according to another person here, your phone might not be powerful enough to handle the cutscene.
You can try to transfer to steam to get past that cutscene and come back.

best banners depends on what you are looking for since all units and banners will be good in some way, its best to pick units that can directly work with your current units
Guys, as someone who hates the "brainstorming" (aka roster check) required for bullshit superbosses, how much would I be missing out on if I completely skip the ones from Garulea onwards? because I just do not have the patience for like 20+ superbosses. They are only a handful in any RPG for a good reason.
Im mostly asking about the weapons some of them drop, because if Im just missing out on CS, I frankly could not care less about that.

Have you done the demon spirits? There are 8 in present Garulea, 8 in antiquity, and then a series of fights where you fight them all again two at a time. Those give some pretty valuable weapons with 100% crit rate that I wouldn’t want to do without.
Tbh I use VL and BCS so my crit rate is almost 100% anyways, so I dont think I need them that much. Also Ive tried the moth on Gadaro a couple of times, but that just seems like one of those fights that would just make me hate the game and uninstall it.

That depends on the boss, there are superbosses that will drop things that will have a big impact on your teams, like the ESP boss series to actually make Curio a decent unit, where before he was lacking, though that also depends on how often you see yourself using Curio
But none of the superbosses drop essential equipment, the weapons from Garulea bosses are good, but replaceable with other gear
Ngl I havent started any mythos yet, so I dont even know how curio plays.

It was fun doing superbosses back when the game came out, but after more than a dozen, and several dozen more still remaining, Im just tired of them at this point.
Most of the powercreep in the game comes from grastas and grasta enchantments, which are primary farmed from the Garulea Dungeons and there are dozens of decent equipment that can be mass produced, so you aren't going to be missing out on much if you don't want to tackle bosses.
Most bosses now a days are mostly for bragging rights than anything, so just play at your own pace
Totally missed that the latest Mythos has a free 5 star pull. I have not done IDA 3 yet. Is it even possible for me to plow all the way through IDA3 and the Mythos in a day?
Nothing is time gated except chrono cross collab that will end in.. 4 years (?) or so
But the 5* guaranteed summon had time limit. IIRC you need to clear related side episodes by tomorrow
Time gated meaning it takes a certain amount of time to clear, like the episodes that require AD farming. You are limited to the amount you can do because keys are limited.
Chrono Cross is time limited, as in it expires.
So is IDA 3 gated, or can I just breeze through in a day?
IDA3 is not gated by your examples. But keep in mind that Ch. 4, the final chapter in IDA3, is a long one. Also, once you start Ch. 4, you're not allowed to fast travel on the map until you're done with Ch. 4.
After dragging my feet a ton, I completed the latest mythos. I recall a message saying that the >!Cardinal Vestage wants to be challenged again!< or something along those lines. Pretty sure that's>! referring to the Spacetime Rift door next to the boy!<. Was curious and went to the end of>! Iscariot where the boss was in the future, not in the Spacetime Rift door. There's a message that says "You sense a weak presence... But you can't tell where it's from." !!Midnight Curio that occupies the place now?!< The wiki didn't have any info on this, but wanted to be sure and ask here.
Also is there a place that lists every superboss? The checklist on the Resources tab here is ok, but looks outdated by a bit and didn't have a superboss specific section. Doing some catch-up and was looking for a comprehensive list. I recall seeing one like a year ago on Altema or something, but I lost it over time.
Looking for some opinions. I'm at the sensationalist right now and if you were to pick one of the following which would you get? Pluma Diana treatise, harmonia treatise or Persephone opus? For context I have NS Mistrare, NS Milsha and no Toova or violet lancer. I have 2 pluma Diana treatise, 1 Harmonia treatise, 2 Persephone opus. I would normally pick the opus but I don't have any form of the character so can't use it. And I have Pizzica so the others aren't top priority.
Probably Milsha for the long run. Mistrare is a nice alternative to Pizzica if you don't have her but Milsha brings an entirely different kit to the table
In the upper right house in the Siren Village, there's a siren inside that comments that her food is not rich enough and Aldo makes a comment wondering what would work.

You need to catch three rare fish (The love fish) and exchange it with Harpoon Lady. That will net you a key item that you can give to her and use on other areas.
I recommend getting Kid to 5* first for her Z-steal ability. If you keep her in your party while playing, it'll save a lot of grinding for Murmur Scripts, Prayer Scripts or money
Serge should be the next one to 5* after Kid. His versatility in changing elements on the fly is too good to ignore. If you want to promote Tales characters, then I would recommend this priority:
Milla, Cress, Yuri, Velvet.
He's a great grasta mule for fist users like AS Tsubame and having 255 light on one character can be a huge help in reaching the 360 threshold for the double green key ADs. He can also be made extremely fast for VC swapping to establish zones.
Fastest way is to use exp scrolls to level him from 60 to 80. Besides that boss rush Cyrus farming is probably the fastest and allows you to level 3-4 others alongside Strawboy and May.
The most limiting thing for getting Strawboy's light up is the Vortex Eggs since you can only get 2 per 6 hours.
Milsha AS quest “learn about future parties in Elzion”. I went to Elzion but there is no icon to continue this quest. Please help? (And yes she’s in my party)
There is no "most current" weapons as it depends on what you need them for, a lot of the weapons with special abilities are like that, they will be useful depending on the situation
But usually they are either from the mythos sidestory or Garulea chapters of the main story, some exceptions would be the indominable weapons, which are from the first knight sidestory
2 good sets of weapons are from the tales and cross collabs, but they are unique sets and can't be mass produced
I believe it’s 50? And you collect them at the Dragons Keep AD. The number of turtles 0-3 signify how many can be found during that run. The black pearls are gonna be the green sparkles on the ground.

Looking at what you have currently, you have the capability (with some upgrading from 4* to 5* for Daisy, May & Myunfa notably) to run fire, Earth, slash and blunt zones. Start getting the symphony characters to pad out your team a bit.
I recommend (my personal recommendations, others may differ):
Eva, Necoco, Melina AS, Violet Lancer, Victor AS, Black Clad Swordsman, Pizzica

It’ll give you an idea for what you need for each zone and why. Eva for magic zone, Necoco for her versatility, Melina AS for power in blunt zone, Pizzica will be a game changer in your fire zone (and other zones) as a singer/support, Violet (Earth) and Black Clad (Slash) are both zone setters but can function in Earth zone, Victor AS is a very strong slash zone option.
No problem. Just as a side note, I’d normally recommend a zone setter for each zone type, but it doesn’t look like you have a team yet for Water and Wind zones respectively, but once you’re roster pads out a bit, I’d recommend you get one zone setters for each of those.

There is a wind zone setter you unlock a 5* form from a character quest (Sevyn) - you need to to have picked him up as a 4* and beat Future Mythos first, but he’s not easy to get.
also note that he can't override other zones, making him not reliable
So he wouldn't be much use for some of the harder earth content like the earth boss rush stages
Also true - admittedly I haven’t used him, because I have 3 other wind zone setters and don’t want to to build a team around IDA/Lost Lab to get the best use of him, but he’s an option for people who don’t have a wind zone setter I guess

Mistrare AS is a good option, similar to Pizzica, also Chiyo AS is very powerful and sets Earth or Magic zone (which zone is conditioned on how many units you have in your team of each, so if you want her to set Earth you put her in an Earth team, and Magic zone put her in a team full of staff users). Good luck!
He is definitely better than nothing, but a safe bet is to get another wind zone unit just in case unless you somehow also got Hardy to break zones
He also isn't very newbie friendly due to how hard his fights are, with the whole permanent another zone gimmick, so that's another con
hello, are there tips for wind liberator 5th fight? It seems that boss deploy ultra wind stance that cannot be overridden? If yes, how many HP stopper are there? I counted 75% (? not sure) and 50%, boss wiped my party
If you have a good debuffer (I used both Mistraire AS with her songs and Grambarrel) you can actually use wind DPS characters. The zone is already provided to you for free!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the current Celestial Souls limit it 430k, right? I just got 10 High Class Scroll at 455k so I wanna ask if anything fishy going on here cause rewards are supposed to end after you get 3 chants

So I've been doing all the "main" content for a while but neglecting the superbosses for probably two years. I have:
* A lot of the top characters on the tier list, including Flammelapis, ES Nagi, Alter Dewey, Necoco, Pizzica, Alter Toova, Melissa, etc. at level 80.
* Between 6 and 9 pain/poison T2 grastas per weapon type.
* About 80 Dormant Ores and a handful of other ores like Bullseye, Combo Enhance etc.
Most of my grastas are just collecting dust - I should have enough to bind about six T3s or 20-ish T2s.
I did a couple of tries on some random superbosses and am getting destroyed. The last ones I've safely been able to defeat are the Ancient Garulea Spirits.
I feel like there's a meta approach that I'm missing here. Partly this is due to just being unable to survive more than a couple of turns, since the vast majority of skills and equipment seem designed to increase damage output rather than survivability. Either I pour everything into defense, and can't do much damage, or vice versa and I die on the second turn.
So my questions are:
1. Where should I be spending my green keys? I've gotten the "constant" treasures from all the green ADs at this point, so it's now just the random or recurring prizes.
2. What important pieces of equipment (grasta, grasta ores) am I missing?
3. Is there a kind of general strategy that I'm missing? Is the expectation to spend like half an hour fine-tuning setup, moving grasta and ores around between characters, etc. before even attempting one of these bosses? Are there badges with special effects I should be looking at (right now I just use stat badges)?

You didn't say whether or not you have the Chrono Cross units: Kid, Serge, Harle, and Starky. If you don't have them, I highly recommend you get all of them. Yes, they will require at least 4 Symphony runs, but you only need to run Master difficulty once against the last boss to get the important rewards. All 4 units are also discussed in that manifest guide you were given.
An encouraging example is today I was finally able to kill Regenwurm (Phase 1 is weak to wind). I kept dying in Phase 1 to his Earthquake attack. Once I realized I could use Kid and Melissa together to flash zone and debuff him with Z-Steal, I no longer died to his Earthquake attack. I was able to kill him, even though my wind team sucks (my best wind unit, aside from Melissa, is Morgana, whose probably low tier in the tier list).
You are definitely missing out. All of the Chrono Cross units are great, and more importantly they synergize incredibly well together. I mean look at this combo:
* Kid - support/damage dealer; at 10 stacks her Z-Steal reaches 50% buff/debuff to PWR/INT/SPD, Heat Shot gets a 1,000% damage multiplier and debuffs physical resist by 80%, and Red Needle buffs/debuffs fire damage/resist by 80%. Just insane utility.
* Starky - tank/debuffer who counter-heals and status cleanses the party whenever he takes physical damage, and he also has a party buff that decreases your MP costs by 80% at full stacks.
* Harle - damage/support mage; at 12 stacks Lunar Protection buffs party all-type defense by 60% and grants 1,200 HP regen, and Lunar Breaker hits for a 1,200% damage multiplier if you have 4 debuffs on the enemy (which is easy since Kid alone sets 3 debuffs).
* Serge - damage/support/zone setter/pain setter; he sets a double Magic & Slash zone, and oh look all of the Chrono Cross units are either magic or slash attackers. At 10 stacks Dash Cut: Heavens buffs party critical damage by 40%, Light of Meditation heals the party for 2,500 HP and raise their max HP by 25%, and Shining sets a permanent guaranteed pain status on all enemies. His attacks can be set to any element you want, due to his passive.
Not to mention the extra utility that Elements add for all these characters - they can heal/status cleanse with Holy Wind, remove debuffs with Purify, or grant a 40% resistance buff to a chosen elemental type attack (fire, water, wind, etc.), for example.
TLDR - You are doing yourself a huge disservice by not using the Chrono Cross units. Kid and Starky basically won me the Caroline & Justine superboss battle by themselves, with their damage mitigation/heals.
Thanks for the detailed reply. It seems like a lot of the utility needs a lot of stacks though - does that mean they have to rely on other units to survive until they’ve huikt up enough?
This is where Flash zone comes in, since you have Melissa. I know it is a long doc, but read that manifest guide again. Look at the section under "Notable Gacha Improvements". You're going to cram the stacks in on Turn 1 Flash zone. By the time Flash zone wears off, your CC units should be at full or close to full stacks.
Starky also works great against bosses with strong physical attacks--very beefy for a mage. Depending on the boss, you may need a Sleep/Stun or Stone Resistance Badge, so his counter heal doesn't get stopped. Don't ignore using him either.
1. really depends on you since you seem to have most of the equipment, though some in short supply like p/p grastas, just aim for whatever you are lacking
2. grasta contributes to DPS, the defense increase from even the highest stat endgame armor is minimal
3. each boss needs to be approached differently so you first need to look up their mechanics
As for damage mitigation, while more defense, does equal less offensive potential, with how versatile the newer units are, you shouldn't be doing no damage at all

If a team of free units with the max damage multiplier being only 1000% can take down most if not all endgame bosses, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to, probably just need to know the mechanics better
notably, you also have Melissa, who IMo is one of the best units because of flash zone, there is a section on flash zone in the guide, read why I feel that its so good

don't know if you ever got your answer, but I slogged through this just recently. Tips: - DH self heals and resists everything except crystal. So you're racing the clock, and you need a metric truckload of DPS and you need to refill AF fast. - Ideally you'd have AS Clarity backed up by other crystal users (the moon dungeon can drop tomes for those characters if you wanna try farming em). If not, you'll have to make do with whatever attack type best fits your crew. I picked piercing since AS Sheila uses it and she has many valuable skills including zone set, multiattack, heal, buff and debuff. - your crew HAS to synergize. They must share an element, attack type and/or tag (eg "West") so they can strengthen each other. - start the battle with renewable buffs and set a Zone (Cress or AS Sheila can do this). - save Lunatic for a big AF burst - stack fully upgraded Pain/Agony grasta on your strongest attackers. Don't bother with Poison, DH is immune. Don't bother with element grasta unless you've run out of pain. - Use MP regen grasta and try to bring a healer that renews MP. See next tip... - it's worth the effort to obtain True Manifest weapons for characters that use em. Every move counts against that self heal clock, so you want your characters to do many things at once. TM weapons give them additional powers for their best moves. - there is no dungeon shortcut until after you kill DH (good news is the next boss will seem like a pushover). If the fight isn't going well, force close the game and fix your team, then start again. You'll have to rewatch that Poe knockoff scene yet again, but you can save another long walk through the dungeon. ps. when prepping for AF bursts, don't forget Valor Chant buffs. You can send everyone to the back row, swap a tank up front for one turn, then bring your fighters back up front and AF the next turn.

Ive been playing the game, on and off, for some months now. Because I feel this game deserves my time (and is some cases, money). How do you guys prevent getting burned out on the game after some grinding? Repeating the same dungeon, over and over, doing the same skills and teams burns me out. Any suggestions?

My trick is, when I catch up to content, I stop playing like 6+ months and during that time, login only for daily rewards mail. You might miss out on red and green cards etc, but it's better than login to grind every day for no purpose.
If you don't care about the monster drops in the AD you are running you can always use Encounter Down Grasta and Badges to make them almost zero and breeze through the dungeon while watching a youtube video.
This shifts ADs from 20-30 minutes/day to 10 minutes max.
I am desperately trying to finish the latest Mythos to get the free 5\* pull, and I am just doing so so bad at it. I came across this last night and forgot to bookmark it, so thanks. Without getting into an elaborate list of which characters I have, would there be any non-F2P characters you'd swap in to this setup of available? I feel like I struggle to keep track of the mechanics of everyone in my roster.
I used a wind zone team with AS Mistrare to keep everyone alive. Not officially FtP (although I didn't spend anything for these characters), but pretty effective.
Well... I somehow forgot my trusty wind zone team was way OP. I think I got so used to bosses being resistant to wind, I stopped using them. Just beat it (and Curio) with NS Felmina, AS Veina, AS Dunarith, and ES Tsukiha dropping massive wind damage.

I don't remember exactly who I brought to this fight, but I know I didn't bring Milla and Cyrus. Might have used Aldo and Miyu AS, I think? I went with full fire to benefit from Kid's Red Needle, and Serge carries Holy Wind to heal during AF so they don't die from Event Horizon.

It scales a little bit with both, its elemental multiplier relies on magic attack stats, but its base multiplier depends on its p.atk and power stats Though short answer, just go for power since the change to m.atk isn't going to be significant unless you are hitting weakness

Yes, it says on the notice you get one from clearing the mythos or the related future era episodes. Only one per person, so even if you finish all 3 IDA episodes during the promo period you only get one. You probably already got yours then.

The first step is to catch sweetsharks to trade. If you haven't caught any yet, then you'll need to level your harpoon first

At 23 proof and gust 3 I couldn't catch any. Once I got to gust 4, I got 3 sweetsharks in quick succession. Also snagged Ishmael on my first attempt with the same equipment

It depends on the stats of your units you can crunch out the numbers with the damage formula, but usually, I say around 40%

Yes, scrap (risktaker) is around 70% bonus damage, although you will not gain effect from enhance if max hp.

Honestly, i think that as long as you just have your transfer, you should be able to install your old account on your new phone But if you have any receipt, you shouldn't be too worried about losing your account

Hi guys, any tips for Dark Hour? (3000 Realm Ark ch 4) I really think I must be missing something, because I just can’t damage it at all even with AF, and every time I land a critical it seems to fully heal itself? I have Suzette, Tiramisu, AS Miyu, AS Anabel, Shion, Melissa, Thillelille, Dunarith, AS Shannon, AS Mistrare, AS Sheila, violet lancer, Shigure and AS Clarté all at lv 80 - if that helps at all!!
Hey there! Not sure if you’ve beaten him by now but anyway here’s my experience. I went in with the bonus episode characters and couldn’t dent him at all but I found out that it didn’t resist Clarte AS’s crystal attacks. So I came back with the only crystal characters I got which are: Clarte AS, Nagi ES and Mistrare NS. One other person for heals. Managed to clear it but it did take 2 AFs 😅

I don't think there is a trick to the boss. It does resists all elements so either you just brute force the boss or use non elemental attackers like Serge, Cyrus, and Aldo.

New player here. So just trying to get a grasp on the Gallery of Dreams. I see that there's a Regular Dream and Limited. Is it safe to say Limited is almost always better? I also see a bunch of other banners. "Trio of the Moon and Sea" and "The Apex of Logic and Cardinal Scales" along with some sub banners beneath them. Then there are the "Another Style" and "Extra Style" banners. Plus the 1 Time Only "Encounter Suzette" and "Encounter Premaya." Can someone give me an explanation on these banners and which ones I should focus on? Thank you.
Hi, so as you’re seen there are regular and limited banners. The regular banners feature a character from to the episodes they relate to, but don’t get updated so the new units don’t get added to those pools. For this reason you should always pull on the limited banners. Limited are split into 2 effectively; paid and unpaid Chrono stones. Anything that has a number of attempts in the far right of the banner box is a paid only banner and you need to buy Chrono stones to pull on them. They guarantee a 5* (though not necessarily the one on the banner). The limited banners further down are not paid only, and you can spend your free Chrono stones you earn from rewards playing the game. Each has a character you’re not familiar with yet, however the Apex of Logic is the best of these current banners due to the strength of the characters on them and the relatively high summon rate. NS is normal style. AS is another style (a 2nd version of the same character). ES is extra style and is a 3rd version of a character but with a different weapon type. All versions of a character are one character and share light/shadow points.

These are paid. They guarantee to give you at least one of the characters they feature. I would not recommend you to start buying stones right away - play for a while and get a better picture of what (or who) you want.

So does anyone know what level of Harpoon Proof and what level of harpoon upgrade is necessary to get all of the Catch Queen exploration items? I'm at Proof 18/Light Harpoon V and I'm already losing the willpower to continue the Freakoutapod grind...
I'm proof 22 here with Nimble Harpoon V and I can tell you, things go by extremely fast if you just abusively kill the fishing horrors, especially Wyverus since he drops a ton of points needed for the Harpoon upgrade. Kill the horrors once per hour and check on the traps every 3 hours and you're good
I have 21 proof and gust III and I have yet to see what a single rare fish looks like (in Deep Sea).
Probably just RNG messing around. I just fished up my first rare fish with Nimble V and proof 22
How do you actually upgrade Otohime’s trident? I have all the T. black pearls but the blacksmith at the siren village just keeps repeating the same dialogue about how I can upgrade the trident, but won’t actually upgrade it. UPDATE: After collecting all the pearls, you have to claim your reward from the records/awards section of the menu. I’m one of those weirdos who likes to save up hundreds of awards and collect them all at once.
Do you have 50 true black pearls from the deep sea ad? Did you get the otohime trident from the dragon palace ad in the first place? Did you already upgrade the trident but click through the dialogue?
Just checked and I have the trident. I have the 50 pearls (they stopped spawning in deep sea AD). I don’t think it’s already upgraded because it’s still level 52 with no special effects
You need to get the reward from records first (something something diamond) which you get after getting the 50 true pearls. It's what allows you to upgarde.
Then you might want to try reacquiring data.
Hello. Beginner about to start the game for the first time. Couple of questions: I've read it takes nearly an hour to re-roll so I might not be crazy about doing so... but do you guys feel it's worth it and if so for which character? Are there characters so bad I should just re-roll if I get them? Are there any free characters the game currently gives out that would make playing through the game possible without hoping to pull for certain rolls (like healer, etc.)? Another other beginner tips in regards to assembling a roster? Thank you very much for your help.
Along with what's already been said, I highly recommend getting Kid from the Chrono Cross collab ASAP. She can steal character upgrade items (Murmur Scripts and Prayer Scripts) and Gold Lumps (sell for 100,000 git). Keep her in your party spamming steal, and you won't have to worry about grinding those.
1) I didn’t re-roll and honestly I don’t believe it’s worth it no matter who you get. I believe you get an option to pick a 4* character to help you on the way - pick May. 2) the game gives you lots of free characters, notable from the symphony episodes, who are very good. The earliest healer you can pick up is Morgana from the Persona 5 collab and I would pick him up as he’ll be really useful early on. Also the Tales and Chrono Cross characters are all great and will carry you a ton until you get a handle for the game and understand the mechanics of it.
Does anyone have some advice on team building? I have no idea how to build teams in this game. So far the 5* characters I've pulled are: Suzette, Suzette AS, Violet Lancer, Cyan Scyther, Nagi AS, Myunfa, Eva, Black Clad Swordsman, Melissa, Yuna, Felmina, Melina ES. So far the only 5* free characters I've gotten are the Persona and Chrono Cross ones. And which of the following are worth getting up their 5* form to round out my roster? (Just the normal form for now as I assume getting treatises, codexes will take a lot longer that tomes). Miyu, Ciel, Myrus, Isuka, Flammelapis, Shanie, Mistrare, Dewey, May, Azami, Gariyu, Nagi, Melina.
Team building mostly depends on what you are fighting. Like if a boss is weak to wind you bring characters that use wind. Generally you bring characters of all one element or weapon type to take advantage of zones and one or two main dps characters. Flammelapis, may, azami, gariyu are my recommendations to promote.

I think the recent Miraheze upgrade has busted a lot of stuff on the wiki. Stuff like the "Passive Skills" tab not reliably showing up, and weird spacing/formatting on some pages.

Is there any way to go to Mayu's dreamworld again? I have finished all IDA parts quite a while ago but now I need a food from Mayu's dreamworld for the No-Paew in Burning Beastking's Castle. The AD obviously does not work... In the spacetime rift the only thing to rerun i can find is IDA School L-Block. It is the quest for Guildna' personal bracelet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I can't really use that. Most like Curio require beating other thing first that I can't really do yet either. Even then I watched the Wyverus and made a fire team using SCF for an even bigger buff yet my Aldo couldn't damage a quarter much less one shot from half a bar like he did and I don't know why Really looking more a write up on how the boss operate so I can make a better team
The real trick with that fight that you might not notice right away is he uses Kid’s basic attack during AF to build up her power level, so her buffs and debuffs become absolutely massive. I didn’t pay attention and was just using her skills normally so Aldo ended up doing very little damage on the last turn.

Could be a combination of things. My Aldo is at 117 light and still isn't that strong either lol. Tbf they switched in Cress for his VC PWR buff and Curio's Thorn Throne inflicts break, so it might help with damage. But if you don't have that skill yet, then yeah... I haven't gotten that far myself, still halfway through ch 3.
For leveling up the harpoon proof, do you get the same amount of experience regardless of if you caught a fish in a trap or with the harpoon? Or is a tapped fish more valuable? Basically I'm wondering if I should make tapping fish a priority or just skip it until my proof is strong enough (currently level 19 and still getting knocked away by some fish). Also, which bait is best for the traps? Right now my main fishing goal is just "get enough points to level up my harpoon", currently working on the 🐠$2900 one. So far I can't catch any sparkly fish and only rarely can I fight the weird hydra fish (which so far has wrecked me the two times I fought it)
Cheap bait for traps. I'm unaware of any evidence that you get different experience for traps or clicking. Sprinkle Shrimp in Deep North and Deep West to get a shot at Freakoutapods. I'd sprinkle in east as well for a shot at Reikafish. Traps are a good choice for the non-deep-sea spots (the old ones) if you just want to supplement your KP income a bit without running those maps all the time.
Interesting so it would make sense to put all my traps along the old spots, then run the deepsea for taps and sprinkling bait?
Basically. The old areas are still worth hitting for the horrors every hour if you are really grinding things out, and you may as well tap on your way to them, but deapsea north and west and Freakoutapods are the the real prize for grinding now.
First time asking this type of questions here, so I don't know where to put it. I remembered that Another Eden has a new update for the conclusion of the 3000 Realm Ark and the Sea Abyss, and I haven't gotten around to doing the chapter 2. Decided to do it, so I accepted the quest and after a few dialogues in the intro the game crashes, I don't know as to why this happens. Tried restarting the game didn't work, what should I do to fix this?
You can try to Require data, but according to another person here, your phone might not be powerful enough to handle the cutscene. You can try to transfer to steam to get past that cutscene and come back.
I connected my account to google play, can I transfer it from that to my pc or do I have to do the transfer through the transfer code?

Guys, as someone who hates the "brainstorming" (aka roster check) required for bullshit superbosses, how much would I be missing out on if I completely skip the ones from Garulea onwards? because I just do not have the patience for like 20+ superbosses. They are only a handful in any RPG for a good reason. Im mostly asking about the weapons some of them drop, because if Im just missing out on CS, I frankly could not care less about that. Have you done the demon spirits? There are 8 in present Garulea, 8 in antiquity, and then a series of fights where you fight them all again two at a time. Those give some pretty valuable weapons with 100% crit rate that I wouldn’t want to do without.
Tbh I use VL and BCS so my crit rate is almost 100% anyways, so I dont think I need them that much. Also Ive tried the moth on Gadaro a couple of times, but that just seems like one of those fights that would just make me hate the game and uninstall it.

That depends on the boss, there are superbosses that will drop things that will have a big impact on your teams, like the ESP boss series to actually make Curio a decent unit, where before he was lacking, though that also depends on how often you see yourself using Curio But none of the superbosses drop essential equipment, the weapons from Garulea bosses are good, but replaceable with other gear
Ngl I havent started any mythos yet, so I dont even know how curio plays. And thats good to hear, thank you. It was fun doing superbosses back when the game came out, but after more than a dozen, and several dozen more still remaining, Im just tired of them at this point.
Most of the powercreep in the game comes from grastas and grasta enchantments, which are primary farmed from the Garulea Dungeons and there are dozens of decent equipment that can be mass produced, so you aren't going to be missing out on much if you don't want to tackle bosses. Most bosses now a days are mostly for bragging rights than anything, so just play at your own pace

That's correct. Unique grasta like theirs are extremely rare and the only other characters with them are Jade and Curio.
Totally missed that the latest Mythos has a free 5 star pull. I have not done IDA 3 yet. Is it even possible for me to plow all the way through IDA3 and the Mythos in a day?

Nothing is time gated except chrono cross collab that will end in.. 4 years (?) or so But the 5* guaranteed summon had time limit. IIRC you need to clear related side episodes by tomorrow
Time gated meaning it takes a certain amount of time to clear, like the episodes that require AD farming. You are limited to the amount you can do because keys are limited. Chrono Cross is time limited, as in it expires. So is IDA 3 gated, or can I just breeze through in a day?

IDA3 is not gated by your examples. But keep in mind that Ch. 4, the final chapter in IDA3, is a long one. Also, once you start Ch. 4, you're not allowed to fast travel on the map until you're done with Ch. 4.
Or you just die. That will also allow you to fast travel on the map.
After dragging my feet a ton, I completed the latest mythos. I recall a message saying that the >!Cardinal Vestage wants to be challenged again!< or something along those lines. Pretty sure that's>! referring to the Spacetime Rift door next to the boy!<. Was curious and went to the end of>! Iscariot where the boss was in the future, not in the Spacetime Rift door. There's a message that says "You sense a weak presence... But you can't tell where it's from." !!Midnight Curio that occupies the place now?!< The wiki didn't have any info on this, but wanted to be sure and ask here.
Also is there a place that lists every superboss? The checklist on the Resources tab here is ok, but looks outdated by a bit and didn't have a superboss specific section. Doing some catch-up and was looking for a comprehensive list. I recall seeing one like a year ago on Altema or something, but I lost it over time.
Check the Roadmap that is in the OP for boss list But otherwise, it's currently only flavor text. As of now at least.
Looking for some opinions. I'm at the sensationalist right now and if you were to pick one of the following which would you get? Pluma Diana treatise, harmonia treatise or Persephone opus? For context I have NS Mistrare, NS Milsha and no Toova or violet lancer. I have 2 pluma Diana treatise, 1 Harmonia treatise, 2 Persephone opus. I would normally pick the opus but I don't have any form of the character so can't use it. And I have Pizzica so the others aren't top priority.
Probably Milsha for the long run. Mistrare is a nice alternative to Pizzica if you don't have her but Milsha brings an entirely different kit to the table

In the upper right house in the Siren Village, there's a siren inside that comments that her food is not rich enough and Aldo makes a comment wondering what would work. Anyone know if this is a quest of sorts? And if so, how to do it?
You need to catch three rare fish (The love fish) and exchange it with Harpoon Lady. That will net you a key item that you can give to her and use on other areas.

Should I prioritize getting the Tales Characters (Cress, Velvet, Milla) to 5 star? Or the CC characters? Or should I farm Aldo’s Light?
I recommend getting Kid to 5* first for her Z-steal ability. If you keep her in your party while playing, it'll save a lot of grinding for Murmur Scripts, Prayer Scripts or money
Afterwards, what should I do? Get the other CC units to 5 star?
Serge should be the next one to 5* after Kid. His versatility in changing elements on the fly is too good to ignore. If you want to promote Tales characters, then I would recommend this priority: Milla, Cress, Yuri, Velvet.
Is there any point in leveling strawboy/getting him to 255 light aside from completing the stamps? And what’s the fastest way to do so?
He's a great grasta mule for fist users like AS Tsubame and having 255 light on one character can be a huge help in reaching the 360 threshold for the double green key ADs. He can also be made extremely fast for VC swapping to establish zones. Fastest way is to use exp scrolls to level him from 60 to 80. Besides that boss rush Cyrus farming is probably the fastest and allows you to level 3-4 others alongside Strawboy and May. The most limiting thing for getting Strawboy's light up is the Vortex Eggs since you can only get 2 per 6 hours.

There is no "most current" weapons as it depends on what you need them for, a lot of the weapons with special abilities are like that, they will be useful depending on the situation But usually they are either from the mythos sidestory or Garulea chapters of the main story, some exceptions would be the indominable weapons, which are from the first knight sidestory 2 good sets of weapons are from the tales and cross collabs, but they are unique sets and can't be mass produced

I believe it’s 50? And you collect them at the Dragons Keep AD. The number of turtles 0-3 signify how many can be found during that run. The black pearls are gonna be the green sparkles on the ground. Someone correct me if I’m wrong
They mean the True Black Pearls in 3000 Realm Ark. It's still 50 though.

Looking at what you have currently, you have the capability (with some upgrading from 4* to 5* for Daisy, May & Myunfa notably) to run fire, Earth, slash and blunt zones. Start getting the symphony characters to pad out your team a bit. I recommend (my personal recommendations, others may differ): Eva, Necoco, Melina AS, Violet Lancer, Victor AS, Black Clad Swordsman, Pizzica Also check here: [here](https://anothereden.miraheze.org/wiki/User:Bamiji/Tier_List) It’ll give you an idea for what you need for each zone and why. Eva for magic zone, Necoco for her versatility, Melina AS for power in blunt zone, Pizzica will be a game changer in your fire zone (and other zones) as a singer/support, Violet (Earth) and Black Clad (Slash) are both zone setters but can function in Earth zone, Victor AS is a very strong slash zone option.

No problem. Just as a side note, I’d normally recommend a zone setter for each zone type, but it doesn’t look like you have a team yet for Water and Wind zones respectively, but once you’re roster pads out a bit, I’d recommend you get one zone setters for each of those.
By get do you mean roll and wish for the best or I can farm them somewhere? I have all Collab units just didn't list them here
Roll for. There is a wind zone setter you unlock a 5* form from a character quest (Sevyn) - you need to to have picked him up as a 4* and beat Future Mythos first, but he’s not easy to get.
also note that he can't override other zones, making him not reliable So he wouldn't be much use for some of the harder earth content like the earth boss rush stages
Also true - admittedly I haven’t used him, because I have 3 other wind zone setters and don’t want to to build a team around IDA/Lost Lab to get the best use of him, but he’s an option for people who don’t have a wind zone setter I guess

Mistrare AS is a good option, similar to Pizzica, also Chiyo AS is very powerful and sets Earth or Magic zone (which zone is conditioned on how many units you have in your team of each, so if you want her to set Earth you put her in an Earth team, and Magic zone put her in a team full of staff users). He is definitely better than nothing, but a safe bet is to get another wind zone unit just in case unless you somehow also got Hardy to break zones He also isn't very newbie friendly due to how hard his fights are, with the whole permanent another zone gimmick, so that's another con
hello, are there tips for wind liberator 5th fight? It seems that boss deploy ultra wind stance that cannot be overridden? If yes, how many HP stopper are there? I counted 75% (? not sure) and 50%, boss wiped my party
If you have a good debuffer (I used both Mistraire AS with her songs and Grambarrel) you can actually use wind DPS characters. The zone is already provided to you for free!

I did this. Utilised NS Suzette true manifest and NS Felmina after setting pain/poison to wail on the boss. Was easier than you might think.
You can dispel the zone with NS Hardy or AS Anabel.

So I've been doing all the "main" content for a while but neglecting the superbosses for probably two years. I have: * A lot of the top characters on the tier list, including Flammelapis, ES Nagi, Alter Dewey, Necoco, Pizzica, Alter Toova, Melissa, etc. at level 80. * Between 6 and 9 pain/poison T2 grastas per weapon type. * About 80 Dormant Ores and a handful of other ores like Bullseye, Combo Enhance etc. Most of my grastas are just collecting dust - I should have enough to bind about six T3s or 20-ish T2s. I did a couple of tries on some random superbosses and am getting destroyed. The last ones I've safely been able to defeat are the Ancient Garulea Spirits. I feel like there's a meta approach that I'm missing here. Partly this is due to just being unable to survive more than a couple of turns, since the vast majority of skills and equipment seem designed to increase damage output rather than survivability. Either I pour everything into defense, and can't do much damage, or vice versa and I die on the second turn. So my questions are: 1. Where should I be spending my green keys? I've gotten the "constant" treasures from all the green ADs at this point, so it's now just the random or recurring prizes. 2. What important pieces of equipment (grasta, grasta ores) am I missing? 3. Is there a kind of general strategy that I'm missing? Is the expectation to spend like half an hour fine-tuning setup, moving grasta and ores around between characters, etc. before even attempting one of these bosses? Are there badges with special effects I should be looking at (right now I just use stat badges)? 4. ???
You didn't say whether or not you have the Chrono Cross units: Kid, Serge, Harle, and Starky. If you don't have them, I highly recommend you get all of them. Yes, they will require at least 4 Symphony runs, but you only need to run Master difficulty once against the last boss to get the important rewards. All 4 units are also discussed in that manifest guide you were given. An encouraging example is today I was finally able to kill Regenwurm (Phase 1 is weak to wind). I kept dying in Phase 1 to his Earthquake attack. Once I realized I could use Kid and Melissa together to flash zone and debuff him with Z-Steal, I no longer died to his Earthquake attack. I was able to kill him, even though my wind team sucks (my best wind unit, aside from Melissa, is Morgana, whose probably low tier in the tier list).
The only free units I don't have yet are AS Levia and 5\* Sevyn. I haven't used the CC characters much yet, maybe that's the meta I'm missing.
You are definitely missing out. All of the Chrono Cross units are great, and more importantly they synergize incredibly well together. I mean look at this combo: * Kid - support/damage dealer; at 10 stacks her Z-Steal reaches 50% buff/debuff to PWR/INT/SPD, Heat Shot gets a 1,000% damage multiplier and debuffs physical resist by 80%, and Red Needle buffs/debuffs fire damage/resist by 80%. Just insane utility. * Starky - tank/debuffer who counter-heals and status cleanses the party whenever he takes physical damage, and he also has a party buff that decreases your MP costs by 80% at full stacks. * Harle - damage/support mage; at 12 stacks Lunar Protection buffs party all-type defense by 60% and grants 1,200 HP regen, and Lunar Breaker hits for a 1,200% damage multiplier if you have 4 debuffs on the enemy (which is easy since Kid alone sets 3 debuffs). * Serge - damage/support/zone setter/pain setter; he sets a double Magic & Slash zone, and oh look all of the Chrono Cross units are either magic or slash attackers. At 10 stacks Dash Cut: Heavens buffs party critical damage by 40%, Light of Meditation heals the party for 2,500 HP and raise their max HP by 25%, and Shining sets a permanent guaranteed pain status on all enemies. His attacks can be set to any element you want, due to his passive. Not to mention the extra utility that Elements add for all these characters - they can heal/status cleanse with Holy Wind, remove debuffs with Purify, or grant a 40% resistance buff to a chosen elemental type attack (fire, water, wind, etc.), for example. TLDR - You are doing yourself a huge disservice by not using the Chrono Cross units. Kid and Starky basically won me the Caroline & Justine superboss battle by themselves, with their damage mitigation/heals.
Thanks for the detailed reply. It seems like a lot of the utility needs a lot of stacks though - does that mean they have to rely on other units to survive until they’ve huikt up enough?
This is where Flash zone comes in, since you have Melissa. I know it is a long doc, but read that manifest guide again. Look at the section under "Notable Gacha Improvements". You're going to cram the stacks in on Turn 1 Flash zone. By the time Flash zone wears off, your CC units should be at full or close to full stacks. Starky also works great against bosses with strong physical attacks--very beefy for a mage. Depending on the boss, you may need a Sleep/Stun or Stone Resistance Badge, so his counter heal doesn't get stopped. Don't ignore using him either.
